Abstract

ABSTRAK Mariama, Nim 15050102027. “ Pengaruh Administasi Pembiayaan Griya Faedah Bersubsidi Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank BRI Syariah.” Melalui Pembimbing Dr. Wahyudin Maguni, SE, M.si dan Dr Sulaemang L M.Th.I Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kepuasan nasabah karena telah menjadi konsep sentral dalam teori dan praktek pemasaran, serta merupakan salah satu tujuan esensial bagi aktifitas bisnis. kepuasan nasabah adalah hal pokok yang tidak boleh diabaikan, dimana kepuasan nasabah merupakan aspek strategis untuk memenangkan persaingan mempertahankan citra bank dan loyalitas nasabah. Kepuasan nasabah dapat ditentukan oleh kualitas produk dan Administrasi. Pembiayaan Griya Faedah Bersubsidi Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh administrasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang nasabah Pembiayaan Griya Faedah Bersubsidi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa administasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Semakin banyak administrasi yang dikeluarkan pihak bank maka semakin menurun tingkat kepuasan nasabah dalam mengambil Pembiayaan Griya Faedah . Hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji parsial dijelaskan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Tingkat signifikan tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai t tabel lebih besar dari nilai t hitung yang artinya H1 diterima sehinnga dikatakan bahwa keputusasn berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Administrasi. Nilai t bernilai 12,820 menunjukan pengaruh yang diberikan bersifat positif terhadap variabel dependen. Manfaat penelitian ini bagi peneliti yaitu dapat memebrikan kontribusi keilmuan kepada semua aktivis akademik dalam bidang perbanakan, kepada Bank BRI Syariah yaitu dapat meningkatkan kinerja oprasional dan pelayananya lebih baik, dan untuk perguruan tinggi yaitu dapat menambah keperpustakaan dan menjadi bahan bacaan yang berisikan suatu studi perbandingan yang bersifat karya ilmiah khususnya perbankan syariah. Customer satisfaction is the main thing that should not be ignored, where customer satisfaction is a strategic aspect to win the competition to maintain the bank's image and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can be determined by product quality and administration. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia Subsidized Griya Eid Financing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administration on customer satisfaction. This research method is a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 99 customers of Subsidized Griya Faed Financing customers. Based on the results of the study showed that the administration has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The more administration issued by the bank, the lower the level of customer satisfaction in taking Griya Faedah Financing. This can be seen from the partial test explained that the significant value of 0,000. The significant level is less than 0.05 or the value of t table is greater than the calculated t value, which means H1 is accepted so that it is said that the decision has a significant effect on Administration. T value of 12.820 shows that the effect is positive on the dependent variable. The benefit of this research for researchers is that it can provide scientific contributions to all academic activists in the field of breeding, to BRI Syariah Bank that can improve operational performance and better service, and for universities that can add to the library and become reading material that contains a comparative study that consists of the nature of scientific work, especially Islamic banking
