Abstract

ABSTRAK Firda, Nim. 15050101029, Judul Skripsi “Perilaku Generasi Millenial Muslim dalam Bertransaksi Non Tunai di Kota Kendari” (Studi di LIPPO Plaza Kendari )di bimbing oleh Sodiman, M.Ag dan Muljibir rahman S. EI, M.Esy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku generasi millenial dalam bertransaksi non tunai di lippo plaza kendari, dan untuk mengetahui keuntungan apa saja yang di dapatkan dalam bertransaksi non tunai di lippo plaza kendari menurut generasi millennial muslim. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan pendekatan persuasif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber yang terdiri dari 12 informan yaitu para generasi millennial muslim. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan-tahapan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan virifikasi data, uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui trianggulasi teknik dan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini, telah menunjukan deskripsi secara jelas tentang perilaku generasi millenial muslim yang bertransaksi non nunai di pusat perbelanjaan Lippo Plaza Kendari, berdasarkan analisis dan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kepada para informan/generasi millenial muslim, menunjukan bahwa perilaku generasi millenial muslim yang melakukan transaksi non tunai di lippo plaza kendari adalah, belanja atas dasar kebutuhan, manfaat produk yang dikonsumsi, produk halal dan kualitas, belanja tidak berlebihan, dan rasa syukur pada tingkat kepuasan generasi millenial muslim. Adapun keuntungan bertransaksi non tunai di lippo plaza kendari menurut generasi millenial muslim adalah praktis, aman, dan mendapatkan potongan harga/promo. Akan tetapi melihat secara langsung penggunaan transaksi non tunai yang dilakukan oleh konsumen yang notabenya adalah generasi millenial muslim bukan pada kebutuhan saja tetapi juga keinginan, sehingga tidak semua generasi millenial muslim yang melakukan transaksi jual beli barang dan jasa di lippo plaza kendari tidak sepenuhnya/keseluruhan telah memenuhi nilai-nilai islam. The purpose of this research is to find out millennial generation behavior in non cash transactions in kendari city (study in lippo plaza kendari ), with the sub issue of how millenial generation behavior in non cash transactions in lippo plaza, as well as what is obtained from the use of non cash transations, this study aims to find out how the behavior of millennials in non cash transaction, whether it is in accordance with islamic economic activities or non.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, which use a persuasive approach, data collection, in this study using obsevation techniques, interviews with resource persons consisting of 12 informants, and using library study tecniques. The results of this study have shown a clear description of the behavior of millennials ini non cash transactions in the shopping center of lippo plaza kendari, based on analysis and result of interview conducted by researchers to informants or millennial muslims, which shown the answer that, with the design or the use of non cash transactions can help and provide many benefits, one of which can be seen from yhe aspects of practicality and security provided, so that it is no longer difficult to cunduct transactions, but see firsthand the use of non cash transactions made by consumers whose incidentally is millennials generation Muslims. Lippo plaza kendari, according to the millenial generation of muslims, is practical, safe and gets discounts/promos. But see firsthand the use of non-cash transactions carried out by consumers which incidentally is the millenial generation of muslims non only on needs but also desires, so that not all millenial generation muslim who carry put the sale and the purchase of goods and services in the lippo plaza kendari is not fully/entirely already meet the values of islam.
