Abstract

ABSTRAK Fahri Ramadan (15050101013). Potensi Usaha Pembuatan Batu Bata Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat Kajian Produksi Ekonomi Islam Di Desa Laikaaha Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibawah Bimbingan Dr. Rusdin Muhalling, M. EI sebagai pembimbing I dan Dra. Beti Mulu, M.Pd.I sebagai pembimbing II. Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan Potensi Usaha Pembuatan Batu Bata Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat Kajian Produksi Ekonomi Islam Di Desa Laikaaha Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi usaha pembuatan batu bata serta konstribusi usaha tersebut dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, selain itu penulis juga mengamati aspek-aspek sistem produksi batu bata dan bagaimana pandangan produksi dalam ekonomi Islam terhadap kegiatan produksi dari usaha tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan secara langsung kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga metode, yakni reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi. Sistem produksi pembuatan batu bata yang dilakukan di desa Laikaaha dalam melakukan aktivitas produksinya masih menggunakan sistem produksi secara sederhana (tradisional) dengan mengandalkan tenaga manusia. Terdapat 42 jenis usaha pembuatan batu bata di desa tersebut, sebagian besar pengusaha membangun usaha pembuatan batu bata diatas lahan sendiri. Besar biaya produksi digunakan untuk biaya operasional. Dikaji melalui kajian produksi ekonomi Islam baik sistem pengelolaan dan sistem produksinya melalui beberapa pendekatan dan mempertimbangkan aspek maslahah dan mudhorat diketahui bahwa usaha produksi batu bata yang ada di desa Laikaaha telah sesuai dengan prinsip serta tujuan dari produksi Ekonomi Islam itu sendiri. Adapun potensi usaha pembuatan batu bata di Desa Laikaaha terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, ternyata dengan berdirinya usaha ini mampu membantu perekonomian dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wanwancara yang telah dilakukan pada masyarakat, pelaku usaha maupun pekerja menjawab dengan positif terhadap peningkatan perekonomian mereka. This research relates to the Potential of Brick Making Business in Increasing the Income of the Community in the Study of Islamic Economic Production in Laikaaha Village, Ranomeeto District, Konawe Selatan Regency. This study aims to determine the potential of brick making businesses and the contribution of these businesses in increasing people's income, besides that the author also observes aspects of the brick production system and how the views of production in the Islamic economy towards the production activities of these businesses. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study by directly describing the conditions that occur in the field. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques using three methods, namely data reduction, data display and data verification. As for checking the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation. The brick production system that is carried out in Laikaaha village in conducting its production activities still uses a simple (traditional) production system that relies on human labor. There are 42 types of brick making businesses in the village, most entrepreneurs build brick making businesses on their own land . Large production costs are used for operational costs. Inspected through the study of Islamic economic production both the management system and the production system through several approaches and considering aspects of maslahah and mudhorat it is known that the brick production business in Laikaaha village is in accordance with the principles and objectives of the production of the Islamic Economy itself. As for the potential of brick making businesses in Laikaaha Village towards increasing people's income, it turns out that the establishment of this business is able to help the economy and increase the income of the local community. This can be seen from the results of interviews that have been carried out on the community, business actors and workers responded positively to the improvement of their economy
