Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mencoba melihat proses manajemen pembinaan keagamaan Islam yang dilakukan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Kendari sebagai lembaga yang melaksanakan tugas pemasyarakatan narapidana. Terdapat dua rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pertama bagaimana manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembinaan keagamaan Islam pada narapidana di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas IIA Kendari, kedua¸ bagaimana hasil pelaksanaan manajemen pembinaan keagamaan Islam yang dilakukan terhadap narapidana di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas IIA Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengecekkan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi teknik, trianggulasi sumber, dan trianggulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, manajemen pembinaan narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Kendari dilaksanakan secara terencana, teratur, terorganisasi dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pembinaan ini juga telah memanfaatkan beberapa unsur manajemen yaitu, manusia (men), uang (money), metode (method), sarpras (material). Kedua, pembinaan ini menghasilkan penambahan pengetahuan agama Islam dan peningkatan kualitas akhlak para narapidana. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pembinaan Keagamaan Islam ABSTRACT This study tries to look at the management process of Islamic religious education guidance carried out by the Kendari Class IIA Penitentiary as an institution that carries out prison prisoners' duties. There are two formulations of the problem in this study, first, how is the management of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating Islamic religious education guidance for inmates in Class IIA Penitentiary in Kendari, second, how are the results of the management implementation of Islamic religious education guidance being carried out for inmates at the Institute Class IIA Penitentiary Kendari. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is carried out with technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate, first, the management of prisoners inmates by the Kendari Class IIA Penitentiary conducted in a planned, orderly, organized manner from the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating stages. This coaching has also made use of several management elements namely, people, money, methods, and, material. Second, this coaching results in an increase in the knowledge of Islamic religion and an increase in the moral quality of the prisoners.
