Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurul Ilmi Fahria. NIM. 16050101045. Peran BAZNAS Dalam Pengalokasian zakat, Infaq Dan Sedekah Terhadap masyarakat miskin Di Kabupaten Kolaka. Di Bimbing Oleh: Dr H. Rusdin Muhalling M.EI Dan Bapak Abdul Wahid Mangkito. S.Si.,M.EI Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran BAZNAS Dalam Pengalokasian Zakat Infaq Dan Sedekah terhadap masyarakat miskin Di Kabupaten Kolaka. Data di kumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang di lakuakn di Baznas kolaka dan pada Amil Zakat BAZNAS, Muzakki, Mustahiq dan Akademisi.analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis ini menunjukan bahwa mekanisme pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kolaka sudah cukup baik. Walaupun ada saja kendala-kendala yang di hadapi. Adapun peranan baznas dalam pengalokasian zakat infaq dan sedekah terhadap masyarakat miskin di kabupaten Kolaka berjalan dengan bentuk program bantuan ekonomi, bantuan pendidikan, bantuan kesehatan, bantuan advokasi/dakwah serta bantuan kemanusiaan, pelaksanaan ini sudah sesuai dengan syariat islam dan undang-undang. Meski begitu baznas kolaka masih perlu melakukan melakukan evaluasi agar hal-hal yang menjadi hambatan bisa segera di atasi dan BAZNAS bisa melakukan fungsinya secara optimal. In Guided By : Dr. H. Rusdin Muhalling M.EI And B musty Abdul Wahid Mangkito. S.Si., M.EI Research qualitative is aimed to find out how the role of BAZNAS In the allocation of Zakat INFA k And alms to the people poor in Kolaka . Data on collected through observation , wawanca ra and documentation are in salable in BAZNAS Kolaka and the Zakat BAZNAS , Muzakki , Mustahiq and Academics. Data analysis was carried out through qualitative descriptive analysis . The results of the analysis have shown that the mechanism of the management of zakat in BAZNAS Kolaka already quite baik.Walaupun there are any obstacles which in the face . As for the role of Baznas in the allocation of zakat infaq and alms to the people poor in the district of Kolaka walk to shape the program help the economy , help education , support health , assistance advocacy / propaganda and help humanity , the implementation is already in accordance with the Shari'a of Islam and the laws . Although so Baznas Kolaka still need to do perform the evaluation in order the things that become obstacles could soon be on the handle and BAZNAS can perform its function in an optimal.
