Abstract

ABSTRAK Syed Ahmad Hidayat, NIM. 16010110018 Studi Meta Analisis Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). (Dimbimbing Oleh : Dr Masdin M.Pd) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besaran pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap pembelajaran Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif terhadap analisis hasil publikasi penelitian ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah nasional. Pengaruh penelitian-penelitian yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dianalisis dengan teknik meta-analisis. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penelitian-penelitian yang dilakukan berpengaruh dan efektif terhadap hasil belajar Matematika peserta didik dengan effect size 0.88 atau dalam kategori efek besar. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pun memberikan pengaruh dan efektif dilihat dari segi wilayah, jenjang pendidikan, dan penerapan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah, hasil belajar, koneksi matematis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelajaran Matematika pada studi ini. (Guided By : Dr Masdin M.Pd) This research aimed to analyze the magnitude of the influence of Problem Based Learning (PBL) on Mathematics learning. The research method used is descriptive of the analysis of the results of scientific research publications in national scientific journals. The influence of studies that apply problem based learning (PBL) is analyzed with meta-analysis techniques. The findings of the study revealed that overall the studies conducted were influential and effective on the results of learning Mathematics students with an effect size of 0.88 or in the category of large effects. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) also influences and is effective in terms of region, education level, and application of learning to improve problem solving skills, learning outcomes, mathematical connections and critical thinking skills. The conclusion of this study is that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) is effective in improving the learning outcomes of mathematics lessons in this study.
