Abstract

ABSTRAK Delni, NIM: 17010107002. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih (Dibimbing Oleh: Bapak Ismaun S.Si., M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Kab. Muna; (2) pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Kab. Muna. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih yang terdiri dari atas 3 kelas dengan jumlah siswa yaitu 77 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak dua kelas dengan jumlah siswa 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan instrumen tes. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment Design). Uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus K-R21. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil uji-t post-test motivasi belajart diperoleh nilai thitung thitung 4,96 dan t tabel 1,677. Nilai thitung > t tabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Kab. Muna, (2) Hasil uji-t post-test hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai thitung 7,14 dan t tabel 1,677. Nilai thitung > t tabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Kab. Muna. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. The Effect of Learning Cycle 5E Learning Model on Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih (Supervised by: Ismaun S.Si., M.Si) This study aims to determine:(1) the effect of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model on the learning motivation of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih,Muna regency; (2) the effect of the Cycle 5E learning model on learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Muna regency. The population in the study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih which consisted of 3 classes with a total of 77 students.The sample used in this study were 2 classes with 50 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and test instruments. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment Design). The palidity test uses the product moment correlation formula, and the reliability test uses the K-R21 formula. The results of the study at a significant level of 5% indicate that: (1) The results of the t-test post-test learning motivation obtained tcount 4,96 and ttable1,677. The value of tcount > ttable, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of the 5E learning cycle learning model on the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pasir Putih, Muna regency, (2) The results of the post-test t-test of student learning outcomes obtained the tcount of 7,14 and ttable of 1.677.
