Abstract

ABSTRAK HADIRA. R, NIM: 17010108078. Kajian Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu Kabupaten Konawe Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 (Dibimbing oleh Dr. H. Herman M.Pd.I). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kajian Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu Kabupaten Konawe Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi dimana peneliti berupaya mengupas data penelitian melalui sumber data primer berupa transkrip hasil observasi, dilengkapi pula dengan sumber data sekunder berupa data hasil wawancara dengan guru biologi SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu. Jumlah guru biologi yang diamati yaitu 2 orang, informan wawancara terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan siswa yang berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 7 (tujuh) indikator yaitu: 1) menguasai karakteristik belajar peserta didik dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 66,67% dan 83,33%; 2) menerapkan teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 66,67% dan 75%; 3) pengembangan kurikulum dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 75%; 4) kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 75%; 5) memahami dan mengembangkan potensi siswa dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 71,42% dan 78,57%; 6) komunikasi dengan peserta didik dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 75%; 7) penilaian dan evaluasi dikategorikan mampu dengan nilai persentase kedua guru biologi yaitu 75%. This study aims to determine the Study of the Pedagogic Competence of Biology Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu Konawe Regency in the Academic Year 2020/2021. This research is a type of phenomenological research with a phenomenological study approach in which researchers attempt to analyze research data through primary data sources in the form of transcripts of observational results, equipped with secondary data sources in the form of data from interviews with biology teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Besulutu. The number of biology teachers observed were 2 people, the interview informants consisted of the principal and 5 students. The results showed that 7 (seven) indicators were: 1) mastering the learning characteristics of students who were categorized as capable with the percentage values of the two biology teachers, namely 66.67% and 83.33%; 2) applying learning theory and teaching learning principles is categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 66.67% and 75%; 3) curriculum development is categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 75%; 4) learning activities that educate are categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 75%; 5) understanding and developing the potential of students categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 71.42% and 78.57%; 6) communication with students is categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 75%; 7) the assessment and evaluation are categorized as capable with the percentage value of the two biology teachers, namely 75%.
