Abstract

ABSTRAK RUSDIN, NIM. 16040202027, “Hubungan Iklim Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dengan Efektivitas Kerja Guru PAI MTs Kabupaten Konawe Selatan”, (pembimbing: Prof. Jafar Ahiri, M. Pd., Dr. Supriyanto, MA.) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui: (1) hubungan iklim kerja dengan efektivitas kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs se�Kabupaten Konawe Selatan; (2) Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala madrasah dengan efektivitas kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan; dan (3) Hubungan iklim kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah secara bersama-sama dengan efektivitas kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs se Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang tersebar diseluruh Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan berjumlah 167 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ditetapkan melalui rumus Taro Yamane sebanyak 63 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian persyaratan analisis yakni uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji autokorelasi. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) iklim kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan efektivitas kerja guru, dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,8%; (2) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan efektivitas kerja guru, ini dibuktikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,26%; dan (3) iklim kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan efektivitas kerja guru, dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,4% v ABSTRACT RUSDIN, NIM. 16040202027, "The Relationship of Work Climate and Madrasah Head Leadership to the Work Effectiveness of Konawe Selatan MTs PAI Teachers", (advisor: Prof. Jafar Ahiri, M. This study aims to analyze and to find out: (1) the relationship between the work climate and the leadership of the principals with the effectiveness of the work of Islamic Education teachers; (2) Relationship between the work climate and the effectiveness of the work of Islamic Education teachers; and (3) The relationship between the work climate and the leadership of the madrasa principals with the effectiveness of the work of Islamic Education teachers at MTs in Konawe Selatan District This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, with data analysis techniques using correlation analysis. The study population was all Islamic Education teachers spread throughout Madarsah Tsanawiyah in Konawe Selatan District totaling 167 people. While the study sample was determined by the Taro Yamane formula as many as 63 people. The research instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis. Before testing hypotheses, the analysis requirements are tested, namely the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. Furthermore, testing hypotheses using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study were obtained: (1) the work climate has a positive and significant relationship with the effectiveness of teacher work, with a contribution of 28.8%; (2) Madrasah leadership does not have a significant relationship with the effectiveness of teacher work, this is evidenced by a contribution of 0.26%; and (3) the work climate and leadership of the madrasah head together have a positive and significant relationship with the effectiveness of teacher work, with a contribution of 29.4%. vi الملخص روسدين ، نيم. ١٦٠٤٠٢٠٢٠٢٧" ، علاقة مناخ العمل والمدرسة بالريادة في فعالية عمل مدرسي كونا سيلاتان المدرسة الإسلامية للتربية الإسلامية " (مستشار: البروفيسور جعفر أهيري ، م.طد .، ْكتْر ُس ِطر ْ انت،م.ط.) هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ومعرفة: ( ) ١ العلاقة بين مناخ العمل وقيادة مديري المدارس مع فعالية عمل معلمي التربية الإسلامية.
