Abstract

ABSTRAK Meli Julianti, 17010108015, Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional (EQ) dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi. Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari, Pembimbing: Rosmini S.Si.,M.Pd Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi, bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional (EQ) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI-MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belalajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI-MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI-MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan survey dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 170 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 62 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, angket, dan wawancara sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis desriptif dan analisis inferensial. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar biologi. Nilai (r) 0,483 berada pada kategori (sedang), memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 23.4%. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar biologi. Nilai (r) 0,441 berada pada kategori (sedang), memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 21,6%. Kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar biologi. Nilai (r) 0,534 berada pada kategori (Sedang), memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 28,5%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Ladongi with a total population of 170 students and a sample of 62 students. The data collection techniques used were documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on biology learning outcomes. This value (r) 0.483 learning outcomes is in the (medium) category, influence contribution of 23.4%. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on biology learning outcomes. This value (r) 0.441 learning outcomes is in the (medium) category, influence contribution of 21.6%. Emotional intelligence and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on biology learning outcomes. This value (r) of 0.534 learning outcomes is in the (moderate) category. That the emotional intelligence variable has an influence contribution of 28.5%, and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
