Abstract

ABSTRAK Novikah Nur Aziza, NIM. 18050101023, Analisis Dampak Covid-19 Terhadap UMKM Pada UD Sederhana di Kecamatn Konda 1, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Dibimbing oleh Dr. H. Rusdin Muhalling M. EI (Pembimbing I) dan Alwahidin S.SI. M. SC (Pembimbing II), Ekonomi Syariah, 2021. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas tentang Analisi Dampak Covid-19 Terhadap UMKM Pada UD Sederhana di Kecamatn Konda 1, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Masalah-masalah pokok yang muncul dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Covid-19 dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha kripik UD. Sederhana, bagaimana dampak Covid 19 terhadap tenaga kerja UD. Sederhana, dan apakah covid-19 berpengaruh pada pemasaran produk kripik UD. Sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan usaha kripik UD Sederhana, untuk menganalisa dampak Covid-19 terhadap ketenaga kerjaan UD Sederhana, untuk menganalisa dampak Covid-19 terhadap pemasaran produk UD Sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta tekhnik analisa menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa prndapatan UD Sederhana menurun drastis sejak muculnya Covid-19, sehingga harus mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja yang dimiliki, namun UD Sederhana memiliki cara tersendiri untuk mempertahankan usahanya ditengah pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dengan memaksimalkan pemasaran produknya menggunakan strategi 4P Promotion, Place, Product, dan price. This thesis is a study that discusses the Analysis of the Impact of Covid-19 on UMKM at UD Sederhana in Konda 1 District, South Konawe Regency. The main problems that arise from this research are how Covid-19 can affect UD Sederhana chips Business Income, how is the impact of Covid 19 on the workforce of UD Sederhana, and Does Covid-19 Affect UD Sederhana. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the business income of UD Sederhana chips, to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the employment of UD Sedehana, to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the marketing of UD Sederhana products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, using primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, as well as analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that UD Sederhana income has decreased drastically since the emergence of covid-19, so it must reduce the number of workers it has, but UD Sederhana has its own way to maintain its business in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, namely by maximizing product marketing using the 4P Promotion strategy, Place, Product, and price.
