Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Yasin, NIM : 17050102124. Analisis Loyalitas Nasabah Pembiayaan KPR di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Pada Bank BTN Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I Dr. Wahyudin MAguni SE, M.Si., dan pembimbing II bapak Akmal ME. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana loyalitas nasabah pembiayaan KPR di masa pandemic. kebijakan apa yang di keluarkan oleh Bank BTN Syariah untuk menjaga loyalitas nasabah di masa Pendemi Covid 19 dan Dampak apa saja yang di alami nasabah selama pandemic covid 19. Metode yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, data primer, data sekunder, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Loyalitas nasabah pembiayaan KPR di Bank BTN Syariah Kota Kendari di pengaruhi oleh produk yang di tawarkan oleh pihak bank sangat baik dan jasa pelayanan yang memuaskan nasabah, 2) Dalam menjaga loyalitas nasabah di masa pandemic, bank BTN Syariah Kota Kendari telah mengelurakan suat u kebijakan yaitu memberikan bentuk relaksasi kepada nasabah yang terdampak covid 19, 3) Dampak covid 19 terhadap loyalitas nasabah tidak berdampak begitu besar. Namun di awal pandemic, terjadi pembatasan interaksi secara langsung anata pihak bank dan nasabah. Sehingga pada saat itu nasabah tidak di perbolehkan untuk datang ke bank. Akan tetapi, komunikasi tetap berjalan dengan baik lewat komunikasi telepon. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Nasabah, Pembiayaan KPR ix ABSTRACK Muhammad Yasin, NIM : 17050102124. Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Kendari State Islamic Institute through supervisor I Dr. Wahyudin MAguni SE, M.Sc., and advisor II Mr. Akmal ME The purpose of this study is to find out how the loyalty of mortgage financing customers is during the pandemic, what policies have been issued by Bank BTN Syariah to maintain customer loyalty during the Covid 19 pandemic and what impacts are experienced by customers during the covid 19 pandemic. used in this study were qualitative methods, primary data, secondary data, interviews and documentation.The results show that, 1) Loyalty of mortgage financing customers at Bank BTN Syariah Kendari City is influenced by the products offered by the bank are very good and services that satisfy customers, 2) In maintaining customer loyalty during the pandemic, bank BTN Syariah Kota Kendari has issued a policy, namely providing a form of relaxation to customers affected by covid 19, 3) The impact of covid 19 on customer loyalty does not have such a big impact. However, at the beginning of the pandemic, there were restrictions on direct interaction between banks and customers. So at that time the customer was not allowed to come to the bank.
