Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Dani Saputra, NIM: 18010109012. Analisis Kesulitan Guru dalam Mengajar Mata Pelajaran Fisika Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri SeKabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh: Bapak Zainuddin S.Pd., M.Pd dan Ibu Halmuniati S.Pd., M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pemebelajaran Fisika di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor kesulitan guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Fisika di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. (3) Mengetahui bagaimana solusi terhadap kesulitan guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Fisika di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui lembar observasi, wawancara guru dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Fisika di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan secara garis besar berjalan normal, guru melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas sesuai dengan tuntunan Kurikulum 2013. (2) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Fisika di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Konawe Selatan meliputi kurangnya kemampuan dasar matematika peserta didik, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang memadai, metode pembelajaran, serta permasalahan alokasi waktu. (3) Solusi atau upaya untuk guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan mengajar fisika adalah guru memanfaatkan peserta didik yang kemampuan dasar matematikanya baik untuk membantu peserta didik yang kemampuan dasar matematikanya kurang baik, memanfaatkan alat-alat laboratorium sederhana yang bisa dibuat dari bahan bekas atau guru memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi seperti laboratorium maya, guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi, dan mengupayakan semaksimal mungkin alokasi waktu yang tersedia. Analysis of Teacher Difficulties in Teaching Physics Subjects at State Madrasah Aliyah in South Konawe Regency. Supervised by: Mr. Zainuddin S.Pd., M.Pd and Mrs. Halmuniati S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to (1) determine the process of implementing Physics learning in State Madrasah Aliyah in South Konawe Regency. (2) Knowing the factors of teacher difficulties in teaching Physics subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout South Konawe Regency. (3) Knowing how to solve the difficulties of teachers in teaching Physics subjects at State Madrasah Aliyah in South Konawe Regency. This research was carried out through a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in South Konawe Regency. The research data were obtained through observation sheets, teacher interviews and documentation. The results of the study show: (1) The process of implementing Physics learning in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Konawe Selatan Regency is generally running normally, teachers carry out learning in class according to the guidance of the 2013 Curriculum. (2) Factors that cause teacher difficulties in teaching Physics subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in South Konawe Regency include the lack of basic mathematical abilities of students, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate, learning methods, and time allocation problems. (3) The solution or effort for teachers in overcoming difficulties in teaching physics is that the teacher uses students whose basic mathematical abilities are good to help students whose basic mathematical abilities are not good, utilizes simple laboratory tools that can be made from used materials or the teacher uses various In applications such as virtual laboratories, teachers use varied learning methods, and make every effort to allocate the available time as much as possible.
