Abstract

ABSTRAK Widyawati Kahar (NIM: 18010103066) Tata Kelola Administrasi Dalam Peningkatan Layanan di SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan. Pembimbing I: Dr. Masdin, M.Pd., Pembimbing II: Badarwan, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis layanan administrasi di SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan serta tata kelola administrasi dalam layanan di SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi (sumber, teknik, waktu) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Layanan administrasi di SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan meliputi layanan administrasi kurikulum, layanan administrasi kesiswaan, layanan administrasi humas dan layanan administrasi sarana dan prasarana. 2) Tata kelola administrasi dalam layanan di SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dalam hal ini tata kelola berperan penting dalam melaksanakan dan turut andil dalam layanan administrasi kurikulum, layanan administrasi sarana dan prasarana, layanan administrasi humas serta layanan administrasi kesiswaan yang dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian tugasnya. ABSTRACT Widyawati Kahar (NIM: 18010103066) Administrative Governance in Service Improvement at SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan. Advisor I: Dr. Masdin, M.Pd., Advisor II: Badarwan, M.Pd. This study aims to examine and analyze administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan and administrative governance in services at SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data review and conclusion drawing. The technique of checking the validity of the data was carried out using the triangulation method (source, technique, and time). The results showed: 1) administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan include curriculum administration services, student administration services, public relations administration services and facilities and infrastructure administration services. . 2) administrative governance in services at SMA Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan has been implemented well. In this case, governance or administration plays an important role in implementing and contributing to curriculum administration services, facilities and infrastructure administration services, public relations administration services, and student administration services.
