Abstract

ABSTRAK Husnul Hatimah NIM 18050101012, Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar Kelurahan Padaleu Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari, Dibimbing oleh Akmal ME dan Dr. La Hadisi S.Ag, M. Pd.I, Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, 2021 Usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar merupakan salah satu usaha kuliner yang berada di kota kendari dan telah berdiri pada tahun 2017. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar Kelurahan Padaleu Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari sehingga penelitian ini mampu memberikan wawasaran serta pengetahuan baik secara teoritis maupun praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar dapat dilihat melalui 4P yakni product (produk), price (harga), promotion (promosi), dan place (tempat). Sehingga dapat dianalisis melalui analisis SWOT yaitu strength ( kekuatan), weakness ( kelemahan), opporutnity (peluang), dan threats (ancaman). Adapun analisis SWOT dari usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar yakni berada di kuadran agresif yang artinya usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar dapat bersaing dengan usaha kuliner lainnya dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan yang ada dan memanfaatkan peluang. Adapun tinjauan ekonomi Islam dalam usaha kuliner Mie Titi Hj. Mar Kelurahan Padaleu Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari sudah sesuai dengan strategi pengembangan usaha syariah yakni takwa, adil, berkepribadian baik, dan melayani dengan rendah hati. Mar Noodles Padaleu Ward, Kambu Districts, Kendari City. Supervised by Akmal ME and Dr. La Hadisi S.Ag, M. Pd.I, Sharia Economics Faculty. The culinary business of mie titi hj. mar is one of the culinary businesse in the city of kendari and has been estabilished in 2017. The puspose of this study is to identify and analyze the strategy for developing the business of titi hj. mar noodle culinary Padaleu Ward, Kambu Districts, Kendari City. So that this research is able to provide insight and knowledge both theoretically and practically. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods woth data collection techniques of observation, interviews and dokumentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The resuty of the sutdy it can be concluded that the development of the culinary business of noodle titi hj. mar can be seen throught the 4P namely product, price, promotion, and place. So thatit can be analyzed through SWOT analysis namely strengths, weakness, opportunity, and threats. As for the SWOT analysis of the culinary business, noodle titi hj. mar Padaleu Ward, Kambu Districts, Kendari City is the aggressive quadrant, which means that the noodle titi hj. mar culinary business can compete with other culinary businesses by maximizing exixting strengths and taking advantage of opportunity. As for the islamic economy review in the culinary business with the sharia development strategy, namely piety, pairness, good personality, and seving humbly.
