Abstract

ABSTRAK La Ode Muhammad Adam, NIM : 18050102018. Perngaruh Shariah Compliance Terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kota Kendari. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I Bapak Dr. Wahyuddin Maguni, SE. M.Si dan pembimbing II Bapak Alwahidin, S. Si., M. Sc. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menguji Pengaruh Shariah Compliance Terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Nasabah Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kota Kendari. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa angket/kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, karena bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi ata yang di dapatka di lapangan denga teori yang ada. Sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 100 responden nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data ini diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0. Dari hasil penelitian, Variabel shariah compliance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai t statistik yang nilainya adalah 22,139 > 1,984 lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai koefisien yang didapat adalah 0,884. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat shariah compliance sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Kota Kendari. Dengan kata lain nasabah percaya akan kesyariahan yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Kendari. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis (H1) yang menyatakan bahwa shariah compliance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia diterima. M.Si and supervisor II Mr. Alwahidin, S.Si., M.Sc This study aims to see and examine the influence of Shariah Compliance on the Level of Customer Trust at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kendari City Branch. The source of data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire. This study uses quantitative methods, because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. The sample obtained is as many as 100 respondents of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kendari City Branch by using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. This data is processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. From the results of the study, the variable shariah compliance has a positive and significant effect on the level of customer trust in Indonesian Islamic Banks. It can be seen from the t-statistical value whose value is 22.139 > 1.984 which is greater than the t table and the coefficient value obtained is 0.884. This shows that the higher the level of shariah compliance, the higher the level of customer trust in Bank Syariah Indonesia, the Kendari City Branch. In other words, customers believe in the sharia implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia in Kendari City. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) which states that shariah compliance has a significant positive effect on the level of trust of Indonesian Sharia Bank customers is accepted.
