| x ABSTRAK Jusril Mahendra NIM 18050101008, Strategi Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Pulau Labengki Menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam, Dibimbing oleh Dr. Husain Insawan M.Ag dan Sodiman M.Ag, Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, 2022 Pulau Labengki merupakan salah satu objek wisata unggulan provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang memiliki banyak potensi didalamnya selain dengan potensi objek wisata alamnya pulau Labengki juga memiliki potensi lain seperti kawasan konservasi anggrek, kawasan konservasi kimaboe atau kerang raksasa, dan juga kearifan lokal masyarakatnya. Pulau Labengki dikenal sebagai objek wisata sejak tahun 2013 dan terus menunjukan perubahan dengan dilakukannya pengembangan-pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Pulau Labengki menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam dalam pengembangan potensi wisata pulau Labengki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pengembangan potensi wisata Pulau labengki masih terus dilakukan, pemerintah daerah juga terus melakukan upaya-upaya dengan menerapkan rencana strategi (Renstra) dalam pengembangan potensi wisata Pulau Labengki dan terus melakukan promosi untuk menarik minat wisatawan tentu dengan dukungan masyarakat sekitar objek wisata. Dalam hal pengembangan potensi wisata Pulau Labengki pemerintah juga telah menerapkan nilai-nilai syariat Islam. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Potensi Wisata, Pulau Labengki, Perspektif Ekonomi Islam ABSTRACT Jusril Mahendra NIM 18050101008, Labengki Island Tourism Potential Development Strategy According to the Islamic Economic Perspective, Supervised by Dr. Husain Insawan M.Ag and Sodiman M.Ag, Islamic Economics Study Program, 2022 Labengki Island is one of the leading tourist attractions in the Southeast Sulawesi province which has a lot of potential in it besides the potential for natural attractions, Labengki Island also has other potentials such as orchid conservation areas, giant clams or kimaboe conservation areas, as well as local wisdom of the people. Labengki Island has been known as a tourist attraction since 2013 and continues to show changes with the development of existing tourism potential. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Tourism Potential Development Strategy of Labengki Island according to the Islamic Economic Perspective and to find out how the Islamic economic perspective in developing the tourism potential of Labengki Island. This research is a field research with qualitative research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that the strategy for developing Labengki Island's tourism potential is still being carried out, the local government also continues to make efforts by implementing a strategic plan (Renstra) in developing the tourism potential of Labengki Island and continuing to carry out promotions to attract tourists, of course with the support of the community around the tourist attraction. In terms of developing the tourism potential of Labengki Island, the government has also implemented the values of Islamic law.
