Abstract

viii ABSTRAK Habibah Intan Permata 18010101066.Kolaborasi Guru Bimbingan Konseling dan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Siswa SMAN 11 Kendari. (Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Muh. Shaleh M.Pd dan Dr. Ros Mayasari S.Ag,M.Si ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Guru Bimbingan Konseling dan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa SMAN 11 Kendari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Upaya guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa di SMAN 11 Kendari yaitu dengan melakukan layanan perorangan, layanan kelompok, layanan orientasi dan layanan klasikal. (2)Upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan di SMAN 11 Kendari yakni, melakukan layanan perorangan dan layanan kelompok (3) Kolaborasi guru Bimbingan Konseling dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan di SMAN 11 Kendari yakni, pelayanan kunjungan rumah yakni guru Bimbingan Konseling dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara bersama-sama mendatangi rumah siswa yang telah melakukan pelanggaran secara berulangulang sehingga sekolah harus menyurati orang tua siswa untuk menghadiri rapat. Namun, orang tua siswa tak kunjung hadir disekolah. Mengidentifikasi perilaku siswa yakni guru Bimbingan Konseling dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memberi perhatian kepada siswa yang memiliki potensi disiplin yang kurang baik, seperti malas keeskolah, kerap terlambat dan mengalami penurunan kualitas belajar. Collaboration of Guidance Counseling Teachers and Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Developing Student Discipline at SMAN 11 Kendari. (Supervised by: Dr. Muh. Shaleh M.Pd and Dr. Ros Mayasari S.Ag, M.Si ) This study aims to determine the collaboration between Counseling Guidance Teachers and Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fostering the discipline of students of SMAN 11 Kendari. This research was carried out through a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Counseling teachers' efforts in fostering student discipline at SMAN 11 Kendari, namely by providing individual services, group services, orientation services and classical services. (2) The efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering discipline at SMAN 11 Kendari, namely, carrying out individual services and group services (3) Collaboration of Counseling Guidance teachers and Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering discipline at SMAN 11 Kendari, namely, home visit services namely Guidance teachers Counseling and Islamic Religious Education teachers jointly visited the homes of students who had committed repeated violations so that the school had to write to the students' parents to attend the meeting. However, the parents of the students were not present at school. Identifying student behavior, namely Counseling Teachers and Islamic Religious Education teachers pay attention to students who have the potential for poor discipline, such as being lazy to go to school, being late and experiencing a decrease in the quality of learning.
