Abstract

ABSTRAK Jaisman, NIM. 18040201005 “Hubungan Diklat dan Insentif dengan Kinerja Penyuluh Agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari”, Dibimbing Oleh (Prof. Dr. Jafar Ahiri., M. Pd, Sebagai Pembimbing I dan Dr. Masdin, M. Pd Sebagai Pembimbing II). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan diklat dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam pada Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. 2) Untuk menganalisis hubungan insentif dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam pada Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. 3) Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara diklat dan insentif secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam pada Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik desriptif dan analisis inferensial. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara diklat dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Bentuk hubungan antara diklat dengan kinerja penyukuh agama Islam dapat juga ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ = 22.23+ 0.69X1 . 2) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara insentif dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Bentuk hubungan antara insentif dengan kinerja penyukuh agama Islam dapat juga ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ = 12.172+ 0.81X2 . 3) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara diklat dan insentif dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Hal ini berarti bahwa secara bersama-sama diklat dan insentif memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja penyuluh agama Islam. Diklat memberikan sumbangan sebesar 37.48% terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Islam sedangkan insentif memberikan sumbangan sebersar 39.18% terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Islam. Diklat dan insentif secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan sebesar 40.5% terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Pd, As Supervisor I and Dr. Masdin, M. Pd as Advisor II). The objectives in this study are: 1) To analyze the relationship between education and training with the performance of Islamic religious instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Kendari City 2) To analyze the relationship of incentives with the performance of Islamic religious instructors in the Ministry of Religion of Kendari City. 3) To analyze the relationship between training and incentives together with the performance of Islamic religious instructors at the Kendari Ministry of Religion. The type used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, documentation and observation. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. From the results of the study note that 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between education and training with the performance of Islamic religious instructors in the Ministry of Religion, Kendari City. The form of the relationship between training and education of Islamic religious practitioners can also be shown by the simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 22.23 + 0.69X1. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between incentives and the performance of Islamic religious instructors in the Kendari Ministry of Religion. The form of the relationship between incentives and the performance of Islamic religious practitioners can also be shown by the simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 12.172 + 0.81X2. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between training and incentives with the performance of Islamic religious instructors in the Ministry of Religion of Kendari City. This means that jointly training and incentives have a relationship with the performance of Islamic religious instructors. Education and training contributed 37.48% to the performance of Islamic religious instructors while incentives contributed 39.18% to the performance of Islamic religious educators. Training and incentives together contribute 40.5% to the performance of Islamic religious instructors in the Ministry of Religion of Kendari City.
