Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Abkur Anggarullah, NIM : 18050102063. Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Investasi Saham Syariah Di Phintraco Sekuritas Studi Kasus Civitas Akademik Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I bapak Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag. dan pembimbing II Alwahidin S.Si., M.Sc. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi keputusan investasi saham syariah di Phintraco Sekuritas studi kasus civitas akademik Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari dengan mengangkat Harga, Imbal hasil , dan Edukasi sebagai variable pengukur. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi data yang didapatkan di lapangan dengan teori yang ada. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 72 responden investor saham syariah yang terdaftar diphintraco sekuritas pada Civitas Akademik Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari dengan tekknik Purposive sampling. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Data diolah menggunakan uji reliabilitas, validitas, asumsi klasik, uji bivariate dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan investasi dalam mengambil keputusan investasi syariah yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai t test sebesar 1,768 < 1,996. Imbal hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi syariah sebesar 2,510 > 1,996. Selanjutnya Edukasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi dalam keputusan investasi syariah sebesar 3,024 > 1,996. Dengan hasil uji t tersebut menunjukkan bahawa variabel Imbal hasil dan Edukasi menjadi variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada investor di Phintraco sekuritas pada civitas akademik IAIN Kendari, sedangkan untuk uji f test semua variable bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi syariah ini dapat dilihat dengan besaran Fhitung sebesar 18.701 dengan nilai Ftabel adalah 2,74 sehingga nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 18.701 > 2,74. Analysis of Factors Influencing Decisions on Sharia Stock Investments in Phintraco Sekuritas Case Study of the Academic Community of the Kendari State Islamic Institute, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Kendari State Islamic Institute through mentor I, Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag. and supervisor II Alwahidin S.Si., M.Sc. This study aims to determine the Factors Affecting Sharia Stock Investment Decisions in Phintraco Sekuritas Case Study of the Academic Community of the Kendari State Islamic Institute by raising prices, returns, and education as measuring variables. The source of the data used in this study is the primary data questionnaire. This study uses quantitative methods because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. The sample was obtained as many as 72 respondents of sharia stock investors who were registered in the securities portfolio at the Academic Community of the State Islamic Institute of Kendari with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the technique of collecting data is using the questionnaire method and literature study. The data was processed using reliability, validity, classical assumptions, bivariate tests, and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS 20 for windows program. From the results of the data processing shows that the price does not significantly affect the investment decision variables in making sharia investment decisions as indicated by the magnitude of the t test value of 1.768 < 1.996. The yield (return) has a positive and significant effect on sharia investment decisions of 2,510 > 1,996. Furthermore, education has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in sharia investment decisions of 3.024 > 1.996. With the results of the t-test, it shows that the Yield and Education variables are variables that affect investment decisions for investors in Phintraco securities in the IAIN Kendari academic community, while for the f-test test, all of the variables that jointly affect the sharia investment decision can be seen with the amount of Fcount of 18,701 with a Frabel value of 2.74 so that the value of Fcount>Ftabel or 18,701>2.74.
