Abstract

ABSTRAK Imroatun Khofifah (2022). Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Institut Agama Islam (IAIN) Kendari, Kebijakan Pemimpin Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 Di Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Dibimbing oleh pembimbing I Dr. Samrin M.Pd.I dan Pembimbing II Badarwan M.Pd. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perubahan kebijakan pemimpin pasca pandemi covid-19, dimana membawa pengaruh baik bagi kinerja pegawai. Fokus penelitian ini berupa peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pasca pandemic covid-19 dengan menetapkan beberapa kebijakan-kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh kebijakan tersebut terhadap pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, dan beberapa pegawai tentang kebijakan pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pasca pandemi covid-19 di Balai penjaminan mutu pendidikan (BPMP) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pasca pandemi covid-19 yakni dengan menetapkan beberapa kebijakan –kebijakan berupa 1) mengembalikan jam kerja secara normal, 2) disiplin pegawai, 3) pengawasan dalam proses pelaksanaan kinerja, 4) penghargaan (reward) dan 5) hukuman (punishment). Kemudian kebijakan tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimana dari sisi pelayanan masyarakat menjadi maksimal, layanan internal meningkat, kemudian dari sisi penilaian kinerja bagi lembaga bisa meningkat, dari reviw yang dilakukan dalam tiga bulan kinerja pegawai sudah di angka maksimal dilihat dari data penilaian kinerja bulanan. Islamic Education Management Study Program, Institut Agama Islam (IAIN) Kendari, a Leader Policy in Improving Employee Performance After the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Guided by supervisor I Dr. Samrin M.Pd.I and Supervisor II Badarwan M.Pd. This research is motivated by changes in leaders' policies after the COVID-19 pandemic, which has a good influence on employee performance. The focus of this research is in the form of the role of leaders in improving employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic by establishing several policies in improving employee performance and the effect of these policies on employees. This research uses a qualitative type of research, the object of this study is the Head of the Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) of Southeast Sulawesi Province, and several employees about leader policies in improving employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) of Southeast Sulawesi Province, This research instrument uses three indicators, namely interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation guidelines. The results of this study prove that the role of leaders in improving employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic is by establishing several policies in the form of 1) restoring normal working hours, 2) employee discipline, 3) supervision in the performance implementation process, 4) rewards and 5) punishment. Then the policy greatly affects employee performance where in terms of community service to be maximized, internal services increase, then in terms of performance appraisal for institutions can increase, from the review carried out in three months employee performance has been at the maximum number seen from monthly performance appraisal data.
