Abstract

ABSTRAK Shimtia Kasnan Rasyid, Nim: 17050102052, Pengaruh Penerapan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia A. Silondae 2 Cabang Kendari, Dibimbing Oleh: Alfian Toar, S.P., M.M., dan Abdul Wahid Mongkito, SE., M.Si., Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan nasabah variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu corporate social responsibility serta salah satu Variabel terikat yaitu keputusan nasabah. Nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia hasil onde2 digunakan sebagai populasi Dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel sebanyak 99 responden merupakan teknik metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menganalisis data alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah Berdasarkan hasil uji t output SPSS didapatkan nilai T hitung sebesar 4, 240 nilai. T tabel adalah 1,985 maka T hitung (4,240) > T table (1,985). Sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh CSR terhadap keputusan nasabah. Bank Syariah Indonesia A. Silondae 2 Kendari Branch, Supervised By: Alfian Toar, S.P., M.M., and Abdul Wahid Mongkito, SE., M.Sc., This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of corporate social responsibility on customer decisions. The independent variable used in this study is corporate social responsibility and one of the dependent variables is customer decisions. Customers at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia onde2 are used as the population. In this study, with a sample of 99 respondents, it is a sampling method technique in this study. This study uses simple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The analytical tool used is SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Based on the results of the SPSS t-test output, the calculated T value was 4, 240 values. T table is 1.985 then T count (4.240) > T table (1.985). So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of CSR on customer decisions. Keywords: forms of CSR, corporate social responsibility V
