ABSTRAK Dika Andifa Mutmaina. NIM. 17050101016. Analisis Kausalitas Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Dibimbing oleh: Akmal ME, dan Abdul Wahid Mongkito S. Si., M.EI. Ekonomi Syariah. 2021. Masalah pertumbuhan ekonomi dan indeks pembangunan manusia saat ini adalah mengenai hubungan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek antar kedua variabel serta hubungan dua arah (kausalitas) yang artinya bahwa apakah ada hubungan kausalitas antara pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek dan menganalisis hubungan kausalitas antara pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersifat data time series yaitu berupa data laporan tahunan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dari periode tahun 2005-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode Unit Root Test, Cointegration Test, dan Granger Causality. Berdasarkan hasil uji Granger Causality diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan kausalitas satu arah antara variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. The problem of economic growth and the human development index today is about the long-term and short-term relationship between the two variables and a two-way relationship (causality), which means that is there a causal relationship between economic growth and the human development index in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the long-term and short-term relationship and analyze the causal relationship between economic growth and the human development index in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in this study is quantitative research with secondary data that is time series data in the form of annual report data from the Central Statistics Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province from the period 2005-2019. The data collection technique used the documentation method, while the data analysis used the Unit Root Test, Cointegration Test, and Granger Causality methods. Based on the results of the Granger Causality test, it is found that there is a one-way causality relationship between the variables of economic growth and the human development index.
