Abstract

ABSTRAK Riska Megawati Daeng Ratu, NIM 15050102008, “Pengaruh Minat Penggunaan Mata Uang Logam Terhadap Transaksi Jual Beli (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kota Kendari)” Program Studi Perbankan Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Melalui PembimbingDr. Wahyuddin Maguni, SE, M.Si. dan Dr. Sulaemang L, M. Th.I. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, masyarakat tidak menggunakan uang logam sebagai alat transaksi, dan berdampak pada harga bahan kebutuhan pokok di Kota Kendari yang diperdagangkan tidak dalam bentuk pecahan logam. Sehingga uang logam yang beredar di Kota Kendari hanya tertahan ditangan masyarakat maupun dikalangan para pedagang. Padahal kegunaan Uang logam sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai alat pembayaran transaksi yang benilai kecil.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat minat penggunaan uang logam terhadap transaksi jual beli. Penelitian ini menggunkanan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang Masyarakat Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan teknik Field research. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa minat penggunaan uang logam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transaksi jual beli,Tingkat signifikan tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai t hitung adalah sebesar 12,857. Karena nilai t hitung 12,857 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1.987 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima sehingga dikatakan bahwa minat penggunaan uang logam berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transaksi jual beli.menunjukkan pengaruh yang diberikan bersifat positif terhadap variabel dependen.Hal ini berarti semakin sadarnya masyarakat akan pentingnya uang logam dan adanya kecenderungan untuk memiliki maka akan memberikan dampak terhadap meningkatnya minat penggunaan uang logam sebagai alat transaksi di Kota Kendari. The phenomenon that occurs at this time, people do not use coins as a transaction tool, and the impact on prices of basic necessities in the city of Kendari which is traded is not in the form of metal fragments. So that coins in circulation in the city of Kendari are only held in the hands of the community and among the traders. Though the use of coins is very important in everyday life as a means of payment of small value transactions. This study aims to look at the interest in using coins for buying and selling transactions. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample used in this study were 100 people of Kendari City Society using Field Research techniques. Based on the results of research conducted it can be seen that interest in the use of coins has a positive and significant effect on buying and selling transactions, the significant level is less than 0.05 or the t value is equal to 12,857. Because the t value of 12.857 is greater than the value of t table of 1.987, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted so it is said that interest in the use of coins has a significant effect on buying and selling transactions. shows that the effect is positive on the dependent variable. This means that the community is increasingly aware of the importance of coins and the tendency to have ownership will have an impact on the increasing interest in using coins as a transaction tool in Kendari City.
