Abstract

ABSTRAK Takdiri Aldi, NIM 15050101045 dengan Judul Penelitian, Kinerja Pendamping Desa di Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe dalam Tinjauan Ekonomi Syariah, Jurusan Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari melalui bimbingan Akmal, ME dan Sodiman, M.Ag. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kinerja pendamping desa ditinjau dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah dan mengetahui apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pendamping desa di Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data atau informasi objektif yang terjadi di lapangan. Lokasi penelitian ini berlangsung di Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah teknik observasu, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Pendamping desa telah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah, seperti bersikap amanah, tabligh, siddiq, fatanah, meskipun belum diterapkan secara maksimal. Selain itu pendamping desa juga telah melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, disiplin dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendamping desa serta selalu berfikir positif demi kemajuan pembangunan desa yang ada di Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Pendamping Desa di Kecamatan Soropia yakni: Kurangnya pembinaan dan fasilitasi dari kecamatan, Tidak semua aparatur pemerintah desa bersikap welcome bahkan merasa diawasi, jadwal pembinaan tidak berjalan sistematis, komunikasi yang masih perlu diperbaiki, masih ada beberapa desa dengan tatanan organisasi yang belum lengkap. This type of research is qualitative research through collecting data or objective information that occurs in the field. The location of this research took place in Soropia District, Konawe Regency. The collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interview techniques. While the data analysis technique used in this study is to use triangulation techniques. The results of this study are village assistants who have implemented sharia economic values, such as being trustful, tabligh, siddiq, fatanah, even though they have not been optimally implemented. In addition, village assistants have also carried out their duties professionally, have a sense of responsibility, discipline in carrying out their duties as village assistants and always think positively for the progress of village development in the Soropia Subdistrict of Konawe Regency. Factors affecting the performance of Village Facilitators in Soropia Subdistrict are: Lack of guidance and facilitation from the sub-district, Not all village government officials are welcome and even feel supervised, coaching schedules do not run systematically, communication that still needs to be improved, there are still some villages with an organizational structure that is not yet complete.
