Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Riska L Nim : 16010108044 Judul : Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Guru dan Disiplin Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa MAN 1 Kendari Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Gaya mengajar Guru, disiplin belajar dan hasil belajar siswa di MAN 1 Kendari, 2) Gaya mengajar Guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar Biologi pada siswa MAN 1 Kendari, 3) Disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi pada siswa MAN 1 Kendari, 4) Gaya mengajar Guru berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar pada siswa MAN 1 Kendari, 5) Gaya mengajar Guru berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui disiplin belajar Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini kelas XI IPA MAN 1 Kendari semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 144 siswa yang berdistribusi pada 4 kelas. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel, dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengambilan sampel untuk penelitian yaitu sebesar 10%, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sampel tersebut maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya mengajar guru, disiplin belajar memiliki kategorisasi sedang, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategorisasi tinggi. 2) Gaya mengajar guru berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, 3) Disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Biologi, 4) Gaya mengajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar, dan 5) Gaya mengajar guru secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui disiplin belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Gaya Mengajar, Disiplin Belajar dan Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT Nama : Riska L Nim : 16010108044 Judul : The Effect of Teacher Teaching Style and Learning Discipline on Biology Learning Outcomes of Students in MAN 1 Kendari This research was conducted to determine and analyze: 1) Teacher's teaching style, learning discipline and student learning outcomes in MAN 1 Kendari, 2) Teacher's teaching style had a direct effect on Biology learning outcomes in MAN 1 Kendari students, 3) Learning discipline had an effect on results Learning Biology in students of MAN 1 Kendari, 4) Teacher's teaching style affects learning discipline in MAN 1 Kendari students, 5) Teacher's teaching style has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning discipline. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is class XI IPA MAN 1 Kendari in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year as many as 144 students who are distributed in 4 classes. As for the sampling technique, using proportional random sampling technique. Sampling for research is 10%, based on the results of the sample calculation, the sample in this study was 59 students. The results showed that: 1) The teaching style of the teacher, learning discipline was categorized as moderate, while the student learning outcomes were in the high category. 2) The teaching style of the teacher has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes, 3) The learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Biology, 4) The teaching style has a positive and significant effect on learning discipline, and 5) The teaching style of the teacher indirectly affects the outcome student learning through student learning discipline.
