Abstract

ABSTRAK Ratih Kurniasih. NIM 16050101005. Etos Kerja Petani Padi Di Desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah. Dibimbing oleh Alfian Toar SP, MM&Nurjannah S. Kom, M.Pd Penelitian ini membahas tentang etos kerja petani padi di desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah bertujuan untuk mengetahui etos kerja petani padi dan perspektif ekonomi syariah terhadap Etos kerja Desa Sumberjaya Kec. Lalembuu Kab. Konawe Selatan. dengan fokus penelitian yaitu etos kerja petani padi dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap etos kerja petani padi yang dimiliki oleh setiap petani baik dari semangat bekerja,sikap ikhlas, istiqomah atau kuat pendirian,keseimbangan bekerja dengan ibadah, kemampuan mengatur waktu, dan berorientasi pada masa depan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan tekhnik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Adapun pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian etos kerja petani padi di desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan maka diketahui bahwa etos kerja petani padi di Desa Sumberjaya memiliki etos kerja yang baik dilihat dari kebiasaan petani dalam bekerja. Peneliti mengambil beberapa indikator sebagai tolak ukur yakni, semangat bekerja, sikap ikhlas, Istiqomah atau kuat pendirian, keseimbangan antara bekerja dan ibadah, kemampuan mengatur waktu dan berorientasi pada masa depan. Masyarakat petani di Desa Sumberjaya juga dikatakan mampu dilihat dari kondisi perekonomian yang mereka miliki yang mayoritas telah memiliki kendaraan pribadi, rumah yang layak, dan dapat menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka. Perbedaan etos kerja dari masing-masing petani terletak dari cara mereka mengatur waktu karena ada petani yang lalai dalam menyeimbangkan waktu sholat dan bekerja, ada pula yang taat dan lebih terarah jamnya. Perbedaan segi penghasilan tidak ada perbedaan karena petani padi disini memang ada yang lalai dalam mengatur waktu dan sholat akan tetapi perawatan tanaman tetap rutin dilakukan sehingga perbedaannya terletak pada keberkahannya dalam mendapatkan rezeki karena bekerja bukan untuk dunia saja tetapi menyeimbangkn antara dunia dan akhirat. Kom, M.Pd This study discusses the work ethic of rice farmers in Sumberjaya Village, Lalembuu Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan Regency. In a Sharia Economic Perspective aims to determine the work ethic of rice farmers and the Islamic economic perspective on the work ethic of Desa Sumberjaya Kec. Lalembuu Kab. South Konawe. with a research focus, namely the work ethic of rice farmers and how the Islamic economic perspective on the work ethic of rice farmers owned by each farmer, whether from the spirit of work, sincere attitude, istiqomah or strong stance, work balance with worship, ability to manage time, and be future oriented This type of research is a qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. With data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. As for testing the validity of the data using the source triangulation technique, technique triangulation and time triangulation. Based on the results of research on the work ethic of rice farmers in Sumberjaya Village, Lalembuu District, Konawe Selatan Regency, it is known that the work ethic of rice farmers in Sumberjaya Village has a good work ethic seen from the farmers' working habits. Researchers took several indicators as benchmarks, namely, enthusiasm for work, sincerity, Istiqomah or strong stance, balance between work and worship, ability to manage time and be oriented towards the future. The farming community in Sumberjaya Village is also said to be able to see from the economic condition they have, the majority of which already have private vehicles, proper houses, and can send their children to school. The difference in the work ethic of each farmer lies in the way they manage their time because there are farmers who are negligent in balancing prayer and work times, some are obedient and are more focused on their hours. There is no difference in terms of income because there are rice farmers here who are negligent in managing time and prayers but plant maintenance is still routinely carried out so that the difference lies in their blessings in getting sustenance because working is not for the world only but balances between the world and the hereafter.
