Abstract

ABSTRAK NURMA, NIM: 17010107028. Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Charta Buatan Sendiri terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar IPA Terpadu Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 4 Buton Tengah (Dibimbing Oleh: Bapak Zul Arham S.Si., M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh penggunaan media charta buatan sendiri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Buton Tengah.; dan (2) pengaruh penggunaan media charta buatan sendiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Buton Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Buton Tengah yang berjumlah 128 siswa yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak dua kelas dengan jumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan instrumen tes. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment Design). Uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus K-R21. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil uji-t posttest motivasi belajar t diperoleh nilai thitung 4,79 dan ttabel 1,677. Nilai thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1diterima, artinya ada pengaruh media media charta buatan sendiri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Buton Tengah(2) Hasil uji-t posttest hasil belajar diperoleh nilai thitung 5,31 dan ttabel 1,677. Nilai thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada pengaruh media charta buatan sendiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa VIII SMP Negeri 1 Buton Tengah. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini media media charta buatan sendiri memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. The Effect of Using Homemade Charts on Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Integrated Science for Class VIII Students of SMPN 4 Buton Tengah (Supervised By: Mr. Zul Arham S.Si., M.Si) This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of using self-made chart media on the learning motivation of eighth grade students of SMPN 4 Buton Tengah; and (2) the effect of using self-made chart media on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Buton Tengah. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Buton Tengah totaling 128 students consisting of 5 classes. The sample used in this study were two classes with a total of 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and test instruments. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment Design). The validity test uses the product moment correlation formula, and the reliability test uses the K-R21 formula. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) The results of the t-test posttest of learning motivation t obtained the t-count value of 4.79 and t-table of 1.677. So, it can be concluded that in this study the self-made chart media has an influence on students' motivation and learning outcomes.
