Abstract

ABSTRAK Sri Retno Mulyani Nim. 17030101005. Strategi Komunikasi Verbal dan Non Verbal Pembina Dalam Meningkatkan Skill Public Speaking Santri SMK Life Skill Pondok Pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah Kota Kendari. (Dibimbing Oleh : Sitti Fauziah M, S.Pd.I., M.Pd) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi verbal dan non verbal pembina dalam meningkatkan skill public speaking santri SMK Life Skill pondok pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah kota Kendari, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembina melalui strategi komunikasi verbal dan non verbal dalam meningkatkan skill public speaking santri SMK life skill pondok pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi verbal dan non verbal pembina cukup efektif. Walaupun, santri tidak semua dapat berbicara di depan umum dengan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan proses dan masa berlatih setiap santri berbeda. Sumadi Suryabrata mengatakan bahwa seperti halnya dengan alat pengambil data, rancangan penelitian juga didiktekkan oleh variabel-variabel penelitian yang diidentifikasi serta hipotesis yang akan diuji kebenarannya. Dalam Penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive dan snowball sampling melalui teknik pengumpulan dengan triangulasi dan analisis data yang bersifat induktif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK life skill pondok pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah dengan melibatkan 17 responden yaitu pembina 7 orang dan santri 10 orang. Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Strategies for Coaches in Improving Public Speaking Skills for Life Skills for Life Skills of Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding Schools, Kendari City. (Supervised by : Sitti Fauziah M, S.Pd.I., M.Pd) This study aims to determine the verbal and non-verbal communication strategies of the coaches in improving the public speaking skills of the students of SMK Life Skills at the Islamic boarding school Attarbiyatussakilah, Kendari city, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the coaches through verbal and non-verbal communication strategies in improving the public speaking skills of the students of SMK life skills in Islamic boarding schools. Attarbiyatussakilah Kendari city. The results showed that the coach's verbal and non-verbal communication strategies were quite effective. Although, not all students can speak in public well. This is because the process and period of practice for each student is different. Sumadi Suryabrata said that as with data collection tools, the research design is also dictated by the research variables identified and the hypotheses to be tested. In this study, data were collected using purposive and snowball sampling methods through collection techniques with triangulation and qualitative inductive data analysis. This research was conducted at the SMK Life Skills Islamic Boarding School Attarbiyatussakilah involving 17 respondents, namely 7 supervisors and 10 students.
