MANAJEMEN RISIKO PENJUALAN BUAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFITABILITAS DITINJAU DARI ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM (Studi Kasus Pedagang Di Pasar Buah Kota Kendari) ABSTRACT Maya Sari. NIM 17050101028. Risk Management of Fruit Sellers in Increasing Profitability Viewed from Islamic Business Ethics (Fruit Market Study in Kendari City). Supervised by Dr. H. Rusdin Muhalling M.EI & Abdul Wahid Mongkito S.Si., M.EI This study aims to determine the risk management of fruit sellers in increasing profitability in terms of Islamic business ethics (Fruit Market Study in Kendari City) which aims to: 1) To find out how risk management practices are carried out by fruit sellers in Kendari city fruit market. 2) To find out how the Islamic Business Ethics review on the practice of Risk Management of fruit sellers at the Kendari City Fruit Market. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. With several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical method used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing by testing the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed that based on the results of the study: 1) Risk Management Practices were carried out on 15 fruit sellers at the Kendari City fruit market by using several methods: First, controlling losses, Second, risk separation. Then the third, transfer the risk. 2) A review of risk management practices carried out by fruit traders in the Kendari city fruit market is in accordance with Islamic business ethics.
