Abstract

ABSTRAK Risma Yanti, NIM : 17050102104. Sistem Pelayanan Nasabah Priority Pada Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I bapak Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag dan pembimbing II Akmal, ME. Perekonomian Indonesia yang semakin Kompetetif menjadikan perusahaan harus memiliki SDM yang memadai dan menguasai sistem secara baik juga memiliki pelyanan yang baik terhadap nasabah dan calon nasabah yang di hadapi untuk tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ; 1) kondisi objektif sistem pelayanan nasabah priority pada Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari , 2) Untuk mengetahui pelayanan nasabah priority dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam pada Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari, 3) Untuk mengetahui tinjauan good corporate governance terhadap pelayanan nasabah priority pada Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada pihak bank dan nasabah pada bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Nasabah priority yang ada pada Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari rata rata dari kalangan pengusaha dan pejabat namun lebih didominasi pengusaha. Karena untuk menggunakan produk nasabaha prima/nasabah priority maka harus menyetor dana awal sebesar 250500 juta. Disamping itu, nasabah priority juga mendapatkan pelayanan khusus atau istimewa, contohnya mereka tidak perlu antri saat tiba di bank dan memiliki ruang tersendiri yang telah dipersiapkan oleh pihak bank, 2) Pelayanan nasabah prima/nasabah priority pada bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kota Kendari sudah sejalan dengan prinsip etika bisnis islam, 3) Pelayanan yang diberikan bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Cabang Kendari kepada nasabah priority sudah sejalan dengan aturan GCG. Priority Customer Service System at the Sharia State Savings Bank (BTN) Kendari Branch Office. Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Kendari State Islamic Institute through my supervisor, Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag and advisor II Akmal, ME. The increasingly competitive Indonesian economy makes companies must have adequate human resources and master the system well as well as have good service to customers and prospective customers that are faced to achieve company goals The purpose of this research is to find out; 1) objective condition of priority customer service system at the State Islamic Savings Bank Kendari Branch Office, 2) To find out priority customer service in the perspective of Islamic business ethics at the State Islamic Savings Bank Kendari Branch Office, 3) To find out the review of good corporate governance towards priority customer service at the Islamic State Savings Bank Kendari Branch Office. The method used in this study is the method of interviews, observation and documentation to the bank and customers at the State Savings Bank Syariah Kendari Branch Office. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Priority customers at the Islamic State Savings Bank Kendari Branch Office are on average from entrepreneurs and officials but are dominated by entrepreneurs. Because to use prime customer products/priority customers, you have to deposit an initial fund of 250-500 million. In addition, priority customers also get special or special services, for example they do not need to queue when they arrive at the bank and have their own room that has been prepared by the bank, 2) Excellent customer service/priority customers at the Kendari City Sharia State Savings bank is in line with Islamic business ethics principles, 3) The services provided by the Sharia State Savings bank Kendari Branch Office to priority customers are in line with GCG rules.
