Abstract

ABSTRAK Sarman, Nim : 17050101117, “Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingginya Pengangguran Di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Studi Kasus Kecamatan Angata”. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Wahyudin Maguni SE, M.SI. Sebagai Pembimbing 1 dan Abdul Wahid Mongkito S. Si., M.EI. Sebagai Pembimbing II. Skripsi ini berjudul Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingginya Pengangguran Di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Studi Kasus Kecamatan Angata”. Dengan sub masalah. 1) Fakta objektif pengangguran di Kecamatan Angata Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. 2) Faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi tingginya pengangguran di Kecamatan Angata Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif, sumber datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data serta dilanjutkan dengan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 4 (Empat) faktor yang mempengruhi tingginya pengangguran di kecamatan angata kabupaten konawe selatan ini, dianataranya : Kurangnya Skil, Rendahnya Pendidikan, Kurangnya Informasi, Malas Mencari Kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan wawancara peneliti bersama narasumber yaitu camat angata kepala desa aopa,kepala desa mataiwoi, 3 orang pemuda kecamatan angata serta beberapa masyarakat lainnya. tentunya ini menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam menyikapi soal pengangguran pemerintah harus mempasilitasi masyarakat dalam medapatkan pekerjaan yang baik. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut pemerintah diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi pengangguran dikecamatan angata kabupaten konawe selatan. This thesis is entitled Analysis of Factors Influencing High Unemployment in South Konawe District Case Study of Angata SubDistrict. With sub problems. 1) Objective facts of unemployment in Angata District, South Konawe Regency. 2) What factors influence the high unemployment in Angata District, South Konawe Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and data verification, followed by checking the validity of the data through triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it showed that 4 (four) factors influenced the high unemployment in Angata sub-district, Konawe Selatan district, namely: Lack of Skills, Low Education, Lack of Information, Lazy to Find Work. This is evidenced by interviews with researchers with informants, namely the Angata sub-district head, the village head of Aopa, the head of the Mataiwoi village, 3 young people from the Angata sub-district and several other communities. of course this is the responsibility of the government in addressing the problem of unemployment the government must facilitate the community in getting good jobs. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the government will be able to provide solutions in overcoming unemployment in the Angata sub-district, Konawe Selatan district.
