Abstract

ABSTRAK Irwan Samad, Hubungan Pembiayaan Pendidikan dan Profesionalisme Guru dengan Mutu Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta di Kota Kendari (Dibimbing oleh Abdullah Alhadza dan Hasniati Gani Ali) Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) apakah ada hubungan antara pembiayaan pendidikan dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? (2) apakah ada hubungan antara profesionalisme guru dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? (3) apakah ada hubungan antara pembiayaan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya hubungan variabel (1) pembiayaan pendidikan dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? (2) profesionalisme guru dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? (3) pembiayaan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari ? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner (angket) dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif melalui uji validitas dan realibilitas instrumen, uji normalitas data, uji linearitas data, uji korelasi bivariat serta uji korelasi parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru madrasah tsanawiyah swasta di kota Kendari berjumlah 172 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Probability Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak (random) dengan memberikan peluang yang sama seluruh populasi untuk dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Mengingat Kota Kendari memiliki 12 (dua belas) madrasah swasta, maka teknik dalam penentuan sampel selanjutnya proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) pembiayaan pendidikan memiliki korelasi dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari sebesar 0,910 yang berarti bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel adalah sangat kuat dan signifikan seperti ditunjukkan melalui uji korelasi bivariat (2) profesionalisme guru memiliki korelasi dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari sebesar 0,601 yang berarti bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel adalah sangat kuat. (3) pembiayaan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru memiliki korelasi dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari sebesar 0,810 yang berarti bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel adalah sangat kuat. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru memiliki korelasi dengan mutu madrasah swasta di Kota Kendari sangat kuat dan signifikan baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Issues examined in this study were (1) Is there any relationship between educational funding with the quality of private MTs in Kendari? (2) Is there any relationship between the teacher professionalism of the quality of private MTs in Kendari? (3) Is there any relationship between the educational funding and teacher professionalism together with the quality of private MTs in Kendari? This reseach will be concered the relationship of such variables as (1) educational financing with quality of private MTs in Kendari? (2) the teacher professionalism to the quality of private MTs in Kendari? (3) Educational funding and teacher professionalism together with the quality of private MTs in Kendari? The data collection method used in this research is collecting the data of the research, the reseacher will use some instruments in wich the instrument used is questionnaire with descriptive statistical analysis techniques through the validity and reliability of the instrument, the normality test, linearity test, the bivariate and partial correlation test. The population in this reseach all of private MTs teachers in Kendari city numbering 172 people. The research sample numbering 118 people with the sampling technique is Probability sampling is random sampling (random) to giving same opportunity to all the population to be selected as the study sample. Remember, Kendari city has twelve (12) private MTs, then the next sampling techniques in proporsional random sampling. This study found that (1) the educational financing has a correlation with the quality of private MTs in Kendari amounted to 0.910, it means that the relationship between the two variables is very strong and significant as indicated by test bivariate correlations (2) the teacher professionalism has a correlation with the quality of private madrasah in Kendari amounted to 0.601, which means that the relationship between the two variables is very strong. (3) the educational funding and teacher professionalism have a correlation with the quality of private MTs in Kendari amounted to 0.810, which means that the relationship between the two variables is very strong. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the educational funding and teacher professionalism of have a correlation with the quality of private MTs in Kendari very strong and significant either individually or jointly.
