Abstract

ABSTRAK Izky Luciana, NIM 14020103026, Penerapan Kartu Member Di Marina Swalayan Kota Kendari (Studi Etika Bisnis Islam) (Dibimbing olehDr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag., dan Dra. Beti Mulu, M.Pd.I) Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikandan menganalisis secara obyektif tentang penerapan kartu member di Marina Swalayan Kota Kendari (studi etika bisnis Islam).Adapun permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah nilai etik yang terdapat dalam sistem kartu member dan kesesuaian nilai-nilai etik kartu member di Marina Swalayan dengan etika bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif yang berusaha untuk menghasilkan data secara mendalam, gambaran yang sistematis, faktual serta akurat untuk mengenai kenyataan-kenyataan, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diamati dan dianalisis dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer, karyawan, dan konsumen Marina Swalayan Kota Kendari yang berjumlah 7 orang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai etik yang terkandung di dalam penerapan kartu member oleh Marina Swalayan kota Kendari adalah nilai kejujuran melalui penerapan kartu member yang terkomputerisasi, nilai keadilan yang terlihat dari perbedaan perlakuan antara konsumen tetap yang memilki kartu member dengan konsumen biasa yang tidak memiliki kartu member serta persamaan manfaat yang diperoleh konsumen tetap dengan karyawan yang memiliki kartu member, nilai tanggung jawab yang salah satunya tercermin dari akuntabilitas dan transparansi melalui tersediainya bagian informasi, nilai kecerdasan yang terwujud dari program kartu member yang membuat konsumen tetap yang selalu berbelanja karena ingin terus mendapatkan manfaat dari kartu member serta menarik konsumen biasa untuk menjadi konsumen tetap agar ikut merasakan manfaat memiliki kartu member Marina Swalayan. Berbagai nilai yang terkandung di dalam penerapan kartu member oleh Marina Swalayan tersebut memiliki kesesuaian dengan etika bisnis Islam. Beti Mulu, M.Pd) This study aims to describe and analyze objectively about the application of member cards in the Kendari self-service marina (Islamic business ethics studies. As for the issues to be discussed are the ethical values contained in the member card system and the suitability of the member card ethics in the Marina Swalayan with ethics Islamic business. This research uses the type of field research or field research with descriptive qualitative data analysis that seeks to produce in-depth data, a systematic, factual and accurate picture of the facts, properties and relationships between the phenomena observed and analyzed with descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were managers,employees, and consumers of Marina Swalayan in the city of Kendari, totaling 7 people. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the ethical value contained in the application of member cards by the Kendari City Self-Service Court is the value of honesty through the application of a computerized member card, the value of fairness seen from the difference in treatment between permanent consumers who have a member card and ordinary consumers who do not have a card members as well as the similarity of benefits obtained by permanent customers with employees who have a member card, the value of responsibility is reflected in accountability and transparency through the provision of information, the intelligence value manifested by the member card program that makes regular consumers who always shop because they want to continue to get the benefits of a member card and attracting ordinary consumers to become regular consumers so that they can feel the benefits of having a Marina Swalayan member card. Various values contained in the application of member cards by Marina Swalayan are in accordance with Islamic business ethics.
