Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Rusniati. NIM. 16050102076. Motivasi Mahasiswa Untuk Berinvestasi Di Pasar Modal Syariah Melalui Galeri Investasi Syariah IAIN Kendari. Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj Ummi Kalsum M.Ag & Nurjannah S. Kom, M.Pd, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang memotivasi mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah melalui galeri investasi syariah IAIN Kendari. Selain itu juga untuk mendeskripsikan edukasi pasar modal syariah terhadap motivasi mahasiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syari’ah melalui galeri investasi syariah IAIN Kendari. Penelitian ini lmenggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber, trianggulasi teknik dan trianggulasi waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor yang memotivasi mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah terdapat 5 faktor yaitu faktor minat yang merupakan perasaan suka atau tertarik terhadap investasi, Faktor keuntungan yaitu keuntungan materi dan keuntungan spiritual, Hubungan sosial yaitu kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan relasi yang baru, Rasa aman yaitu rasa percaya terhadap asset atau dana yang diinvestasikan, dan faktor orangtua juga mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi. Sedangkan edukasi pasar modal syariah yang ada di Galeri Investasi Syariah IAIN Kendari yaitu sekolah pasar modal syariah, sosialisasi pasar modal syariah dan kelas investor saham telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pengelola Galeri Investasi dengan kualitas pelatihan yang mampu menambah pemahaman dan pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi serta meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi. Kom, M.Pd, This study aims to describe the factors that motivate students to invest in the Islamic capital market through the Islamic investment gallery IAIN Kendari. In addition, it is also to describe the education of the Islamic capital market on the motivation of students to invest in the Islamic capital market through the Islamic investment gallery IAIN Kendari. This research uses qualitative research with field research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used was data reduction, data display, and data verification. Testing the validity of the data used the source triangulation technique, the technique triangulation and the time triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the factors that motivate students to invest in the Islamic capital market are 5 factors, namely the interest factor which is a feeling of liking or being attracted to investment, the profit factor namely material and spiritual benefits, social relations, namely the need to get new relationships, taste safe, namely a sense of trust in the assets or funds invested, and parental factors also influence student decisions in investing. Meanwhile, the Islamic capital market education in the IAIN Kendari Islamic Investment Gallery, namely the Islamic capital market school, the socialization of the Islamic capital market and the stock investor class have been carried out well by the Investment Gallery manager with quality training that is able to increase students' understanding and knowledge in investing and increase motivation. and student enthusiasm for investing.
