Pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2), Dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (X3) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) Di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2014 – 2019. Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum M.Ag (Agus Prio Utomo SE, M.Si) dan Sodiman M.Ag. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Tingkat Suku Bunga, dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2014 – 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersifat data time series yaitu berupa datadata laporan tahunan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan Bank Indonesia dari periode 2014 - 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM), tingkat suku bunga, dan penyerapan tenaga kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan proporsi pengaruh sebesar 17,9% dan sisanya sebesar 82,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Sementara secara simultan variabel Indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, variabel tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara tahun 2014 – 2019. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh angka korelasi hubungan antara variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2) sebesar 0,644. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1) dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (X3) sebesar 0,830. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2) dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (X3) sebesar 0,812. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) sebesar 0,122. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) sebesar 0,812. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (X3) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) sebesar 0,009 yang mempunyai maksud hubungan antara variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2), Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (X3), dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) adalah sangat kuat dan lemah dan searah. This thesis research aims to determine the effect of the human development index (HDI), the interest rate, and labor absorption for growth of economic in Southeast Sulawesi province in 2014 - 2019. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the type of data is secondary data is the data time series data in the form of annual reports the Central Bureau of Statistics of Southeast Sulawesi province and Indonesian Banks from the period 2014 - 2019. The technique of collecting data through documentation method.While the data analysis technique is used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that in partial human development index (HDI), interest rates, and employment has a positive relationship and influence on growth of economic in the proportion of the effect of 17.9% and the remaining 82.1% is influenced by variables another outervariable in this study. While simultaneously variable human development index (HDI) has a positive relationship and influence on growth of economic, variable interest rates negative and significant effect on growth of economic, and the labor absorption variable has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi province in 2014 – 2019. Based on the calculation result obtained correlation number of relation between human development index (HDI) variable (X1) and interest rate (X2) of 0.644. Correlation between human development index (HDI) variables (X1) and labor absorption (X3) amounted to 0.830. The correlation of the relationship between variable interest rate (X2) and labor absorption (X3) amounted to 0.812. Correlation between human Development index (HDI) variables (X1) and growth of economic (Y) amounted to 0.122. Correlation between variable interest rate (X2) and growth of economic (Y) of 0.812. The correlation of relationships between the variable labor absorption (X3) and growth of economic (Y) of 0.009 which has the intention of the relationship between the human development index (HDI) variables (X1), interest rate (X2), labor absorption (X3), and growth of economic (Y) is very strong and weak and unidirectional.
