Abstract

iv ABSTRAK UMAR TANJI, NIM. 140402021020, “Hubugan layanan Sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan” (Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Pairin, MA, dan Dr. Alauddin Madjid, M.Pd) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui; 1) Hubungan layanan sekolah terhadap Prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe selatan 2) hubungan kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan, 3) hubungan antara layanan sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar guru secara bersama sama terhadap prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan ex post facto yang analisisnya menggunakan analisis korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan pada kelas X dan XI yang berjumlah 199 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditetapkan secara random sebanyak 67 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang sudah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial setelah memenuhi uji persyaratan normalitas dan uji linearitas, multikolinearitas dan uji autocorelasi. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analsisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh; 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara layanan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam Siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan dengan nilai signifikan parsial 0.000<0.05, 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan mengajar dengan prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam Siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan dengan nilai signifikan parsial 0.000<0.05,, dan 3) Terdapata hubungan positif dan signifikan antara layanan sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar dengan prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan. Kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Artinya semakin baik layanan sekolah yang dilakukan dan kemampuan mengajar guru, maka akan diikuti semakin baik dan meningkat pula prestasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa. ABSTRACT UMAR TANJI, NIM. 140402021020, "School service relations and teacher's teaching ability on the Learning Outcomes of Islamic Religious Education Students of 12 State Senior High Schools in Konawe Selatan" (Supervised by: Dr. Pairin, MA, and Dr. Alauddin Madjid, M.Pd ). This study aims to analyze and know; 1) The relationship of school services to the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students of SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan 2) the relationship between teacher's teaching ability on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students of SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan, 3) the relationship between school services and the ability to teach teachers together with the results studied Islamic religious education at 12 Konawe Selatan public high school students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design whose analysis uses correlation analysis. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan in the X and XI classes totaling 199 people, while the research sample was set at random as many as 67 people. This research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis after meeting the requirements for normality and linearity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation tests. Then testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study were obtained; 1) There is a positive relationship between school services with the results of learning Islamic religious education of students of SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan with a partial significant value of 0.000 <0.05, 2) There is a positive relationship between the ability to teach with the results of learning Islamic religious education Students of SMA Negeri 12 Konawe Selatan with a value significant partial 0.000 <0.05, and 3) A positive and significant relationship between school services and teaching ability and the results of learning Islamic religious education students of 12 Konawe Selatan Senior High School. Both of these variables contribute 38.1%, while the remaining 61.9% are influenced by other factors not addressed in this study. This means that the better the school service is carried out and the teacher's teaching ability, the better and the better the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education will be followed.
