Abstract

ABSTRAK Rahmatullah. NIM 16050101013. Praktik Jual Beli Hasil Pertanian Kelapa Sawit di Desa Amohalo Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan (Kajian Ekonomi Islam). Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj Ummi Kalsum, M.Ag & Dra. Beti Mulu, M.Pd.I Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo, Kecamatan Konda, (2) Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo, Kecamatan Konda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo, Kecamatan Konda dan tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo, Kecamatan Konda. Untuk mengungkap masalah tersebut secara mendalam dan menyeluruh, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang berguna untuk memberikan informasi, fakta dan data tentang mekanisme jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari 7 informan, yaitu 6 informan petani sawit dan 1 informan touke sawit. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan tiga alur, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) Praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit di Desa Amohalo hampir sama dengan jual beli pada umumnya, hanya caranya yang berbeda. (2) Praktik jual beli hasil pertanian kelapa sawit belum menerapkan prinsip dalam ekonomi Islam. Hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya prinsip ekonomi Islam yang belum diterapkan dalam praktek jual beli kelapa sawit yaitu adanya ketidakadilan dan ketidakjujuran dalam menentukan harga beli kelapa sawit. Beti Mulu, M.Pd.I There are two problems examined in this research, namely: (1) How is the practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village, Konda District, (2) How is the Islamic economic review of the practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village, Konda District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village, Konda District and an Islamic economic review of the practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village, Konda District. To reveal this problem in depth and thoroughly, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method which is useful for providing information, facts and data about the mechanism of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation from 7 informants, namely 6 oil palm farmer informants and 1 touke palm oil informant. Then the data were analyzed using three channels, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to answer these problems. From the research results, it was found that: (1) The practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products in Amohalo Village is almost the same as buying and selling in general, only the method is different. (2) The practice of buying and selling oil palm agricultural products has not applied the principles of Islamic economics. This is because there are still Islamic economic principles that are not applied in the practice of buying and selling oil palm, namely the existence of injustice and dishonesty in determining the purchase price of palm oil.
