Abstract

ABSTRAK Yudi Afifuddin. Kemandirian Ekonomi Pondok Pesantren (Studi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 4 Konawe Selatan Sulawesi Tenggara). Tesis. Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Husain Insawan, M.Ag. (2) Dr. Muhammad Hadi, M.HI. Penelitian Kemandirian Ekonomi Pondok Pesantren di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 4 ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi ekonomi. Sumber datanya dari internal Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 4. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan (1) observasi (2) wawancara mendalam (3) focus group discussion. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, bahan referensi dan member check. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa (1)kemandirian ekonomi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri kampus 4 adalah sustainability economic self-sufficiency dengan triple bottom line sustainability yang mutually reinforcing (2) implementasi kemandirian ekonomi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri kampus 4 adalah penerapan model diatas dengan konsep 3i yaitu Innovation, Integration dan Interdependence dan (3) faktor pendukung kemandiriannya adalah integrasi kepondokmodernan, sentralisasi kepemimpinan makro dan kepemimpinan kolektif mikro, total quality control, learning society, budaya berorganisasi dan organisasi yang berbudaya. Sedangkan factor penghambatnya adalah belum adanya profesionalitas pengelolaan, belum ditetapkannya rencana bisnis yang nyata dan belum terciptanya eco-efficiency, eco-equity serta eco-effectiveness dalam manajemen pengelolaan ekonomi pondok. The research on Economic Self-sufficiency of Islamic Institution at Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor for girls 4th Campus uses descriptive qualitative method and economic sociology approach. Source of data is from the internal community at Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor 4th Campus. Techniques of collection data are using (1) observation (2) In�depth Interview (3) focus group discussion. Data analysis is by the reduction of data, data presentation and drawing conclusions. As for checking the validity of data by using the triangulation techniques sources, reference material and member check. The result of the research shows (1) the model of economic self-sufficiency of Islamic Institution in Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor 4th Campus is sustainability economic self-sufficiency with triple bottom line sustainability in mutually reinforcing (2) the implementation of economic self�sufficiency of Islamic Institution in Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor 4th Campus is its application in 3i concept, innovation, integration and interdependence (3) the supplementary factor its self-sufficiency are the integration of kepondokmodernan, centralization of leadership in macro and collective leadership in micro, total quality control, learning society, organizational culture and cultured organizational. And inhibition factor its self�sufficiency are unprofessional management, unsetting the real business plans and eco-efficiency, eco-equity and eco-effectiveness not created yet in management of economic self-sufficiency. Jلنسبة لتحقيق صحة البيا0ت استخدم مصادر التثليث ومصادر الحقائق و ضوابط الـمصادر. نتيجة هذه الدراسة هي (1 (الاستقلال الاقتصادي النموذجي بمعهد دار السلام كونتور للبنات الحرم الرابع للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة هو الاستقلال الاقتصادي الـمستديـمي بتثليث الأسس الذاتية الدائمية والـمتضامنة 2 ( )تطبيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي بمعهد دار السلام كونتور للبنات الحرم الرابع للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة Jنطباق الاستقلال الاقتصادي النموذجي اختراعية ومتكاملة ومتناندة (3 (أن النواحي الإيجابية على الاستقلال الاقتصادي هي التكامل الفكري على الـمعهد العصري، اتـحاد الرmسة الكلية والرmسة الـمتضامنة الجزئية، الـمراقبة الشديدة الكلية، الـمجتمع الـمتعلم، و ثقافة الـمنظمة والـمنظمة الـمتثقفة. أما النواحي السلبية هي عدم الاحـتراف على التنظيم الاقتصادي، عدم التخطيط الاقتصادي البارزي، الـمؤثرة والعدالة والفعالية الا قتصادية لم تكن منطبقا في تنظيم المعهد الاقتصادي. الكلمات الأساسية: الاستقلال الاقتصادي، المعهد ، كونتور للبنات الحرم الرابع
