Abstract

ABSTRACT ALNITA FARISTA NIM 17050101092 "COCONUT SUGAR (GOLA NI'I) CULINARY BUYING PRACTICE IN RAHAMPU'U SUB-DISTRICT, BOMBANA REGENCY FROM ISLAMIC BUYING AND BUYING PERSPECTIVE". Supervised by Dr. H. Rusdin Muhalling M.Ei as supervisor I and Sodiman M.Ag as supervisor II. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practice of buying and selling coconut sugar (Gola Ni'i) in Rahampu'u Village, Kabaena District, Bombana Regency and to find out how the practice of buying and selling coconut sugar (Gola Ni'i) in Rahampu'u Village, Kabaena District Bombana District. The method used in this research is qualitative research, namely the approach of collecting data in a way that is face to face with people in the research place. Results of interviews, observations and documentation. ) that occurred in Rahampu'u Village, Kabaena District, Bombana Regency, between traders or sellers as coconut sugar makers and coconut sugar buyers (investors) beginning with the buyer giving a loan in the form of money. If the buyer sees that cutting prices is the same as asking for additional / usury from debts to traders. So, it can be said that the level of practice of Islamic economics by the people of Rahampu'u Village in the field of muamalat, especially the sale and purchase of coconut sugar, is still less than the orientation in terms of rituals. The practice of buying and selling coconut sugar (gola ni'i) in Rahampu'u Village, Kabaena District, Bombana Regency, from the perspective of buying and selling Islam, has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase determined by syara'. The contribution of this research in scientific work on buying and selling is to contribute ideas about the process of buying and selling that is good and right that occurs in society. This research can also be used as a reference or reference to information material for the development of Islamic trading knowledge.
