Abstract

ABSTRAK Rahmatia, Nim 16050101052. ”Produksi kue terang bulan di Pasar Baruga Kota Kendari (Dititinjau Dari Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah)” Melalui bimbingan Ibu Dr.Hj. Ummi Kalsum,M.Ag dan Sodiman, M.Ag Ekonomi merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kehidupan masyarakat seluruhnya, persoalan tersebut dialami dalam kehidupan sehari- hari. Kegiatan ekonomi adalah kegiatan manusia untuk untuk memenuhi atau mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Adapun tujuan peneliti skripsi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui proses produksi adonan kue terang bulan di pasar baruga kota kendari .Untuk mengetahui bagaimana produksi kue terang bulan ditinjau dari pespektif ekonomi Syariah di Pasar Baruga Kota Kendari. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasrkan hasil penelitian yang telah ditemukan bahwa para pedagang kue terang terang bulan di pasar baruga memproduksi kue terang bulan sudah sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam, proses produksi mulai dari persiapan alat, , proses pembuatan adonan, dan pemasakan sampai kemasan kue terang bulan. Produksi kue terang bulan di Pasar Baruga dalam Perspektif ekonomi syari’ah. Bisa dinyatakan atau dikatakan tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip prinsip produksi dalam ekonomi syariah, penulis katakana demikian karena aktifitas produksi kue terang bulan di pasar baruga memenuhi kaidah atau aturan yang ditetapkan dalam islam terkait produksi yaitu dimana bahan bahan yang digunakan berlabel halal dari lembaga MUI. Economic activities are human activities to fulfill or fulfill their daily needs. The research objective in this study is to see the production process of the moonlit cake in the new market of Kendari city. To find out how the production of moon cake is viewed from the Islamic economic perspective in Pasar Baruga, Kendari City. This thesis research uses qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. Based on the research results that have been found that the moonlight cake traders in the Baruga market produce moonlit cakes according to the teachings of the Islamic religion, the production process starts from the preparation of tools, the process of making dough, and cooking until the packaging of moonlit cakes. Moonlight cake production in Pasar Baruga from the perspective of sharia economy. It can be stated or stated that it does not contradict the principles of production in sharia economics, the authors say because the activity of the moonlight cake in the new market does not meet the rules or regulations specified in Islamic production, where the ingredients used are labeled halal from the MUI institution.
