Abstract

ABSTRAK Suci Anggraeni Saputri (2021). Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, Pengaruh Modal dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi Padi Sawah di Kelurahan Palarahi Kecamatan Wawotobi Kabupaten Konawe. Di Bimbing oleh Dr. Wahyudin Maguni SE, M.Si, dan Abdul Wahid Mongkito S.Si., M.Ei Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kelurahan Palarahi Kecamatan Wawotobi Kabupaten Konawe. Data diperoleh dari seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 108 orang. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dan diperoleh 52 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kelurahan Palarahi Kecamatan Wawotobi Kabupaten Konawe. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel sebesar 2,650 > 2,009 dengan signifikasi 0,011 < 0,05. secara parsial variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kelurahan Palarahi Kecamatan Wawotobi Kabupaten Konawe. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung < t tabel sebesar 1,037 < 2,009 dengan signifikasi 0,305 > 0,05. Secara simultan modal dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kelurahan Palarahi Kecamatan Wawotobi Kabupaten Konawe. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel sebesar 3,802 > 3,18 dengan signifikasi 0,029 < 0,05. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that partially the variable of capital has a positive and significant effect on lowland rice production in Palarahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe Regency. This is evidenced by the t test obtained by the value of t count > t table of 2.650 > 2.009 with a significance of 0.011 < 0.05. partially the labor variable has a positive and insignificant effect on lowland rice production in Palarahi Village, Wawotobi District, Konawe Regency. This is evidenced by the t test obtained by the value of t count < t table of 1.037 < 2.009 with a significance of 0.305 > 0.05. Simultaneously, capital and labor have a positive and significant effect on lowland rice production in Palarahi The village, Wawotobi District, Konawe Regency.
