Abstract

ABSTRAK Uzdah Sari Ramadhani Wahyuningrat. NIM. 17050101061. Pengaruh Pengawasan (X1), Distribusi (X2) Dan Pemasaran (X3) Terhadap Hasil Profitabilitas di PT. Kelola Mina Laut (Y). Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Wahyudin Manguni, SE, M.EI dan Nurjannah S.Kom, M.Pd. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengawasan, Distribusi dan Pemasaran Terhadap Hasil Profitabilitas Perikanan di PT. Kelola Mina Laut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan data primer yaitu berupa struktur organisasi dan hasil profitabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumentasi, obseravasi, kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengawasan, distribusi dan pemasaran memiliki hubungan positif, dan berpengaruh sebesar 82,9% dan sisanya sebesar 17,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Sementara secara simutan variabel pengawasan memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil profitabilitas, varibabel distribusi memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil profitabilitas, dan variabel pemasaran memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh angka korelasi hubungan antara variabel pengawasan (X1) dan pemasaran (X3) sebesar 0,535. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel distribusi (X2) dan pemasaran (X3) sebesar 0,309. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel pemasaran (X3) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) sebesar 6,671. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel pengawasan (X1) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) sebesar 7,491. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel distribusi (X2) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) sebesar 2,450. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel pengawasan (X1), pemasaran (X3) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) sebesar 0,793 dan 0,783. Korelasi hubungan antara variabel distribusi (X2), pemasaran (X3) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) sebesar 0,410 dan 0,783. Yang mempunyai maksud hubungan antara variabel pengawasan (X1), distribusi (X2), pemasaran (X3) dan hasil profitabilitas (Y) adalah sangat kuat. Effect of Supervision (X1), Distribution (X2) and Marketing (X3) on Profitability Results in PT.Manage Mina Laut (Y).Supervised by: Dr.Wahyudin Manguni, SE, M.EI and Nurjannah S.Kom, M.Pd. This thesis research aims to determine the effect of supervision, distribution and marketing on the results of fisheries profitability at PT. Manage Mina Laut. The method used in this research is quantitative research with secondary data and primary data, namely in the form of organizational structure and profitability results. Data collection techniques through the method of documentation, observation, questionnaires using a Likert scale. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the variables of supervision, distribution and marketing have a positive relationship, and have an effect of 82.9% and the remaining 17.1% are influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the monitoring variable has a positive relationship and affects the profitability results, the distribution variable has a positive relationship and affects the profitability results, and the marketing variable has a positive relationship and affects the profitability results. Based on the calculation results, the correlation figure between the monitoring variable (X1) and marketing (X3) is obtained by 0.535. The correlation of the relationship between distribution variables (X2) and marketing (X3) is 0.309. The correlation of the relationship between marketing variables (X3) and profitability results (Y) is 6.671. The correlation of the relationship between the supervisory variable (X1) and the profitability results (Y) is 7,491. The correlation of the relationship between the distribution variable (X2) and the profitability results (Y) is 2.450. The correlation of the relationship between the monitoring variables (X1), marketing (X3) and the results of profitability (Y) is 0.793 and 0.783. The correlation of the relationship between distribution variables (X2), marketing (X3) and profitability results (Y) is 0.410 and 0.783. Which means the relationship between the monitoring variable (X1), distribution (X2), marketing (X3) and the results of profitability (Y) is very strong.
