Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurwahdania. NIM 18050101021. Efektifitas Program Dana Desa Pada Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Tobaku, Kec. Katoi, Kab. Kolaka Utara. Dibimbing oleh H. Alfian Toar SP, MM, Dewi Santri S.Si, M.Si Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas tentang Efektivitas pengelolaan program dana desa pada peningakatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di desa tobaku, kecamatan Katoi Kab. Kolaka Utara. Masalah-masalah pokok yang muncul dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas pengelolaan program dana desa Tobaku, Bagaimana dampak pengelolaan program dana desa terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa Tobaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan program dana desa pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Tobaku Kec. Katoi Kab. Kolaka Utara, dampak pengelolaan program dana desa terhadap peningakatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa Tobaku. Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu memberikan penjelasan ilmiah tentang efektivitas pengelolaan program dana desa pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa Tobaku Kec. Katoi Kab. Kolaka Utara, dan dampak pengelolaan program dana desa terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Tekhnik analisis data reduksi data, display data, dan ferivikasi data/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan program dana desa pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Tobaku Kec. Katoi Kab. Kolaka Utara, yaitu peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur, pembangunan bidang kesehatan, peningkatan kebutuhan masyarakat. Adapun dampak pengelolaan program dana desa terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di desa tobaku yaitu, pengelolaan dana desa dengan penyaluran air bersih, pembangunan jalan pada kebun masyarakat, pembangunan mushola dan pembangunan MCK(WC umum). The urgency of this research is to provide a scientific explanation about the effectiveness of the village fund program management in improving the economic welfare of the Tobaku village community, Kec. Katoi Kab. North Kolaka, and the impact of village fund program management on improving the economic welfare of the community. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With data collection techniques of observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and data verification/drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the effectiveness of the management of the village fund program in improving the economic welfare of the community in the village of Tobaku, Kec. Katoi Kab. North Kolaka, namely increasing infrastructure development, developing the health sector, increasing community needs. The impact of the management of the village fund program on improving the economic welfare of the community in the Tobaku village, namely, the management of village funds by distributing clean water, building roads in community gardens, building prayer rooms and building public toilets.
