This qualitative study is aimed at discovering the experiences encountered by female EFL pre-service teachers during their field teaching practice at a technical vocational school. There were nine female pre-service teachers from English Education Department at the fifth semester as the participants in this study. The data of this study was gathered by using reflection sheet. The finding revealed various kinds of experiences faced by the female pre-service teachers in a male-dominated school. The participants shared their first experienced when they were first assigned to teach at school, the obstacles they experienced during the teaching practice process, their interaction problems experienced with male students at the school, and their way to develop strategies in overcoming existing interaction problems.
