Abstract

ABSTRAK Ismi Randa Firdyanti, NIM 18010108013, Studi Korelasional Antara Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Dengan Prestasi Belajar Biologi Siswa Madrasah Aliayah Al-Irsyad Lalonggsumeeto. Dibimbing oleh Pembimbing 1 Bapak Ir. Muragmi Gazali M.Ed, Pembimbing 2 Bapak Syarif Rizalia M.Pd Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kinerja guru biologi berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik kelas X, XI, dan XII IPA di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto (2) mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi kelas X, XI, dan XII IPA di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto (3) mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kinerja guru berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik dengan prestasi belajar biologi siswa kelas X, XI dan XII di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode kuisioner dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X, XI dan XII IPA pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 60 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan rata-rata diperoleh 83 berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari skor perolehan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Madrasah Aliyah Al Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto dengan nilai tertinggi 99 dan terendah 60 frekuensi terbanyak terdapat 21 siswa dengan presentase 35 % yaitu berada pada kategori sedang. Gambaran prestasi belajar biologi siswa dengan ratarata diperoleh 80 berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari nilai perolehan prestasi belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Al Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto dengan nilai tertinggi 87 dan terendah 74 frekuensi terbanyak terdapat 32 siswa dengan presentase 53 % yaitu berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi product Moment Pearson terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan prestasi belajar biologi siswa dengan koefesien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,258. Hal ini menunjukkan tingkat hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan prestasi belajar biologi siswa berada pada kategori rendah. Muragmi Gazali M.Ed, Supervisor 2 Mr. Syarif Rizalia M.Pd This study aims to (1) determine the performance of biology teachers based on the pedagogic competencies of class X, XI, and XII science at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto (2) determine student achievement in biology subjects in class X, XI, and XII science in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto (3) found out whether there was a relationship between teacher performance based on pedagogical competence and the biology learning achievement of students in grades X, XI and XII at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and documentation methods which were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The subjects of this study were students of class X, XI and XII of science in the academic year 2021/2022 which involved 60 students. The results showed a picture of students' perceptions of the teacher's pedagogic competence with an average of 83 being in the medium category. This can be shown from the score of the acquisition of pedagogical competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto with the highest score of 99 and the lowest of 60, with the highest frequency being 21 with a percentage of 35%, which is at medium. The description of students' biology learning achievement with an average of 80 is in the medium category. This can be shown from the value of learning achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Al Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto with the highest score of 87 and the lowest being 74, the highest frequency is 32 students with a percentage of 53%, which is in the medium category. Based on the correlation analysis of Moment Pearson's product, there is a significant relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and student biology learning achievement with an rxy correlation coefficient of 0.258. This shows that the level of relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and student biology learning achievement is in the low category.
