Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Syaifullah (2022). Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, Pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat Non Muslim Kota Kendari Terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah. Dibimbing oleh Husain Insawan dan Alwahidin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel persepsi kognitif, afektif dan konatif masyarakat non muslim terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah di Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, tempat penelitian pada beberapa rumah ibadah non muslim di Kendari. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin yang diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari jumlah populasi 21.060 jiwa masyarakat non muslim yang berada di Kendari Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Dari peneletian ini disimpulkan berdasarkan uji statistik bahwa variabel persepsi kognitif, afektif dan konatif baik secara bersama-sama (simultan-Uji F) maupun sendiri-sendiri (individual-Uji t) memliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda ditemukan besaran pengaruh tiap variabel terhadap minat, yakni persepsi kognitif (X1) 28.8%, persepsi afekektif (X2) 40.6% dan persepsi konatif (X3) 39.6%. Sedangkan dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R ) didapati bahwa hubungan antar variabel persepsi terhadap minat sebesar 73.7% dengan pengaruh sebesar 52.9%, sedangkan sisanya 47.1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti (uji koefisien determinasi). 2 Kata kunci: persepsi kognitif, persepsi afektif, persepsi konatif, minat, nasabah, masyarakat non muslim. This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive, affective and conative perceptions of non-Muslim communities on the interest in becoming a customer of Islamic banks in Kendari. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, the research site is in several non-Muslim houses of worship in Kendari. The sampling technique used the Slovin method, which obtained a sample of 100 respondents from a total population of 21,060 non-Muslim people in Kendari. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with questionnaires as a data collection technique. From this research, it is concluded based on statistical tests that the cognitive, affective and conative perception variables both together (simultaneously-F-test) and individually (individual-t-test) have a significant influence on interest in becoming a customer of Islamic banks. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the magnitude of the influence of each variable on interest, namely cognitive perception (X1) 28.8%, affective perception (X2) 40.6% and conative perception (X3) 39.6%. Meanwhile, from the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it was found that the relationship between the perception variables towards interest was 73.7% with an effect of 52.9%, while the remaining 47.1% was influenced by other variables not examined (coefficient of determination test).
